Massage envy had someone scheduled in our couples room and pushed our appointment back 30 min. The massages were less than MID. They completely skipped target areas (on both me and my girlfriend) that were requested before the massage. I will never go back there.

Had my first massage at this location. Felt like the building could’ve been cleaner and more organized. Most uncomfortable massage I have ever had. Cassie was anything but gentle. Massages are supposed to be relaxing AND help work out the kinks. She literally spent an hour slapping lotion on me and raking her knuckles back and forth on my body. No use of her fingertips at all. She had to ask me multiple times if she was hurting me because my muscles started cramping up and becoming tender. My muscles are sore to the touch and my upper legs are bruising. Will not return to this location.

Great experience at Massage Envy with Florian. This was my first massage, and it was so relaxing and healing that I signed up for a membership. I look forward to regular massages to enhance my emotional and spiritual life!

The facial was great but the customer service was not as great due to the fact that they could not read my gift card. Took a while to process also I wanted to sign up for the membership and took like 40 minutes and they couldn't even finished it. I hope that next time will be better and they have everything figured it out. The girl in the counter who was helping tried her best so points for that, but overall very disappointed. Update :I never signed the contract with them and now I received a notice that they are trying to charge me. That's ILLEGAL!! Very frustrated with their service. I never authorized or agreed to the contract. Plus now I have to wait because front desk can't help. Manager Fabian is out the country and the person in charge hopefully can help that's the answer I got today.

I want to thank the staff that helped me book my out of town massage. This location was clean and inviting. I booked a facial and massage for two of my friends too. We ALL raved about our services and how amazing we felt. Thanks also to Sharon, Brian and Olga!

Brian is an amazing massage therapist and very professional. He has a great method, perfect pressure and regularly takes note of areas (in my case shoulders) that need additional attention. Highly recommended.

I had a facial by Sandy and she was FABULOUS! She took incredible care of my skin, suggesting specific products and treatments to help my dry skin. The entire staff was incredible, sweet, and hospitable. I will return to this location for sure!!

Dana was absolutely amazing! I was literally in tears my back and neck were hurting so bad I was getting headaches and couldn't sleep for 3 days. After my massage I felt sooo much better. I slept so good too that night. I will definitely be back to see Dana. And the girls at the front desk were super sweet even though they were dealing with 2 nasty women that were being total "Karens" when I was waiting to pay. I live 20 mins away and totally plan to come back to this location.

Update: Massage envy refunded me part of my payment, for this I've added another star and would consider revisiting the establishment. Original post: I booked an hour massage with Cylane (or Cyline). I added on the additional foot scrub and massage. Service provided was good and she focused on the areas I asked her to. However, I'm giving 3 stars because I did not receive the full 60 minutes I paid for. My appointment was at 10:00. I wasn't called into the room until 10:05 and the massage ended at 10:55. I barely received a 50 minute massage. I won't be going back knowing I don't get what a pay for.

I went for pain and tension relief in my lower neck and shoulder area. She told me not to remove my shirt. She put a hot wet towel on my shirt. The massage felt like a child was doing it. I left feeling the same way I came in. I am very disappointed. Another masseuse had to tell me what to do to help relieve the pain. Sharon made me feel like she did not want to do the massage at all.
