Cynthia is THE BEST. Literally the only reason I am still with Boost mobile. I had a couple instances where I lost use of my phone unexpectedly and Cynthia went above and beyond to help me. Cannot thank you enough Cynthia!

Went here because my 3g phone (only use it as my emergency phone) needed to be upgraded to a 5g phone. I arrived when the store opened and purchased the A30 Samsung phone. The guy that helped me was not that professional, at least in my eyes. He did activate the phone for me but, he was on his personal cellphone talking with someone the entire time. He didn't show me how to setup the phone, he refused to give me a quick overview and tutorial, I asked if there was a closer store to my house and he snapped saying, No, without even looking up to see if there was a closer store, I asked if I should have a problem or question, he said that I should go to Delray Beach. In my eyes, he seemed bothered that I was there altogether. I'm sorry to say but if you are going to be working with people, you need to have a good attitude, smile, be friendly and attentive. Not be on your personal phone ignoring the customer. I'm sorry I went there, I should have gone to a different store. My advice, stay away from this Boost Mobile Store. Not friendly, welcoming or willing to give their full attention to you, the customer.
