Massage Envy

Had my first massage at this location. Felt like the building could’ve been cleaner and more organized. Most uncomfortable massage I have ever had. Cassie was anything but gentle. Massages are supposed to be relaxing AND help work out the kinks. She literally spent an hour slapping lotion on me and raking her knuckles back and forth on my body. No use of her fingertips at all. She had to ask me multiple times if she was hurting me because my muscles started cramping up and becoming tender. My muscles are sore to the touch and my upper legs are bruising. Will not return to this location. ~Tori

Boost Mobile

Cynthia helped me. She is an awesome employee. You need to make sure you retain her, as she is one of your best assets. I worked for General Mills for 35 years. Our company was known for excellent customer service. Cynthia exemplifies that type of customer service for your business. Thanks Cynthia! ~T

T-Mobile

This store and their employees should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. I went in to do a warranty exchange and they denied me because of a small scratch on the screen. Little did they know, I was a store manager for this company for years in New England and we NEVER denied any exchange because of scratches as it states in the warranty policy. Only water damage or cracks. I also waited nearly a half hour before even getting greeted. My store back home, we always greeted the customer and briefly chatted with them no matter how busy our store was. The sales staff obviously hate their job and the management is absolutely terrible.. I called customer service and explained the situation and they accepted the phone exchange immediately. Save yourself the headache and stay away from this location. They don't want to be there and they don't want to deal with you. Typical young generation that want money but don't want to work for it. The "sales associate" I worked with, I tried chatting with had absolutely no personality and was rude. I'm pretty sure his name was Eric. Why hire someone that shows no sign of even wanting the job? Again, poor management. ~Chris
