This store and their employees should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. I went in to do a warranty exchange and they denied me because of a small scratch on the screen. Little did they know, I was a store manager for this company for years in New England and we NEVER denied any exchange because of scratches as it states in the warranty policy. Only water damage or cracks. I also waited nearly a half hour before even getting greeted. My store back home, we always greeted the customer and briefly chatted with them no matter how busy our store was. The sales staff obviously hate their job and the management is absolutely terrible.. I called customer service and explained the situation and they accepted the phone exchange immediately. Save yourself the headache and stay away from this location.
They don't want to be there and they don't want to deal with you. Typical young generation that want money but don't want to work for it. The "sales associate" I worked with, I tried chatting with had absolutely no personality and
was rude. I'm pretty sure his name was Eric. Why hire someone that shows no sign of even wanting the job? Again, poor management. ~Chris
