Staff always very helpful and nice. Store kept orderly. One complaint: wish that the management wouldn't always change the displays by moving the locations of specific areas, such as lingerie, women clothing, etc. I know that it is a sale tactic, but whe you are in a hurry, you have to search all over the store. Our experience with Liberty Tax has got worse progressively over the last 3 years. We have been using them for 5, and the first 2 years were great, sadly it went down hill from there. Year three our rebate came back $3k less than the year before, even though our earnings and circumstances had remained the same. We obviously questioned the difference, and Gary magically managed to re look at it and it was adjusted to be close to the previous year (leading me to believe it had been rushed). Last year we signed all the paperwork and sent it to Gary. Told it was filed. No record by the IRS. Chased Liberty for SIX weeks, being given the run around by everyone we managed to get hold of on the phone. Never call back. Rude on the phone, and it is impossible to get hold of Gary who we usually deal with. In the end my wife had to physically go down there in person to get them to file the taxes. This year, here we are again, 4 weeks after them supposedly filing, still no record of it with the IRS. Still nobody returns calls or emails. Someone had the front to say yesterday that Gary was busy and to call back in a week and a half after tax season. What a joke. I wish my wife hadn’t already paid when they said they had filed, as now they have zero motivation to get back to us or do their job right. Gary is a nice guy when you can get hold of him, but there is only so many chances you can give someone. It looks like they now take on way more work that they can comfortably handle, and it’s the customers that suffer, which is a shame as it started out so well. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the frustration, stay well clear. ~Barry

Much like the Dollar Tree concept, except the item price limit is increased to $5. Obviously there was a lot of just junk, but it was well laid-out and I found quite a few bargains. There were several items I picked up too look at that were $5 and when I scanned the barcode with the amazon app, I realized that $5 was a great deal. (A Harry Potter Book (hardcover) and a glass chess set were the two that stand out.) They have different categories than traditional dollar stores, so might be worth checking out! Have fun! ~Joseph

This store is a hidden gem! Short ribs 6.99 a lb. huge Tomahawk steaks in the $20 range. I found everything I was looking for to make an authentic celebration with a special touch. The staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive. What’s even better is it’s close to home :) Recognized so many authentic items and I’ll be back for more! ~Monica

From the moment I parked my car, I had a gut feeling that I should take my dog elsewhere. I rang the door bell during their open business hours with no response. All the lights were off, I had to call the office in order for the staff to wake up to provide “emergency care”. It was clear that everyone had just woke up from their naps which made me uneasy as a health care provider. God forbid, I walked in with an animal that was severely injured/sick and had to wait for the staff to wake up to provide care. That is unacceptable! What really bothered me is when I heard the vet refer to my 25 lb French bulldog as “vicious” under his breath while I was in the waiting room and he requested that I place a muzzle on her which I had no problem with because my dog does not like when strangers touch her. It’s not what he said but rather how he said it and the tone he used. It was clear to me that all the staff had very little patience but maybe it was because I interrupted their naps. I would be grumpy too if I was sleeping and had to wake up suddenly to do my job. Anywho, the bill came and it was almost $1000 which I did not agree with so I decided to get care with another provider. $1000 for below average veterinary care. I highly recommend Coral Springs Animal Hospital if you have a choice and the time. The care they provided to my pet was amazing and I wouldn’t waste my time with this clinic unless you truly had no other choice. ~Cynthia
