Today i went to retrieve my old number and Ricardo helped me. he is amazing!!!! He was able to help me get a new phone and add it to my line in less than 10 minutes. Excellent service at this location every employee in the store was so kind here it was a wonderful experience from the start to finish. And the store was very clean. I work next to these guys and they are nothing but helpful. This metro provides a great customer experience. The service plans and phones are great. I really like the payment kiosk on the outside. It makes it real convenient to pay your bill. Great store, great people, I highly recommend!

Great service. Had trouble connecting to network on my own with a gift phone from my son. Ricardo solved my problem, got me connected. He also assisted with my service upgrade to a family plan and got a free phone for my grandson. Happy day indeed.

I had a very easy experience at this store trying to obtain a new phone. I already knew what I wanted and they were able to get me on my way within 30 minutes. I recommend this store as your go to place for phone problems and etc. I also really appreciated the very clean store, nice staff members, and very comfortable environment. They have a sign - in desk on a tablet right when you walk in that allows you to be helped in the proper order of customers arriving. I highly recommend this store to any residents or visitors that need help with their phone problems.
