Also was able to get me in and out quick I’m very satisfied with my service and would recommend anybody that booking for a shop that specializes in foreign cars to come get there car serviced here.

About a month ago or so (12/15/2020) my vehicle’s battery died. When visiting Pineville Auto Repair —they tended to my question(s), provided adequate attention, and information to my concern(s). It has been close to a month now, and the vehicle and its battery continue to work properly.

A friend reccomended this place. The first question I was asked when I walked in, was what time is it? It was 3:46 pm. The guy was very hesitant after that and slowly reluctantly asked for the keys and went out to "test drive" the vehicle. I should've stopped him then because he didn't have on a mask or gloves. He came back about 3 minutes or less later. Just enough time to drive out of the parking space and make a uturn back into the parking lot. He came back in and said he couldnt fix it today and because of that I'd have to pay $70 for it to be diagnosed without any idea of what it could possibly be becsuse he didnt actually do the test drive. After him repeating this to me multiple times with raised eyebrows, never giving me an idea of what the problem was and the range of cost for repair I asked for my keys back. He told me they were in my car. On my way home I hit a small bump in the road and my keys fell out of the ignition. I wouldnt have a problem paying the $70 if he actuslly test drove it and gave me an idea of what it needed and the range of cost. It also wouldve been fine if he said its too late today bring it on a morning. Based on how he acted, I will just have to find somewhere else to check/fix it. I'm not going to beg someone to let me pay them to fix my car or pay a deposit for who knows what range of cost the job may be. I've already told my friend so he and his family can take their business elsewhere in the future.

NOT RECOMMENDED ! PERIOD. Had an oil change on my Lexus last fall. Overnight, oil leaked in my garage which I noticed the next afternoon as I pulled out. I called the owner but they did not have time to fix it and asked me to bring it back Monday, however we were leaving on a long drive to Canada that evening so I could not wait. I indicated I'm taking it to AAA. The AAA tech showed that the oil cap had not been replaced correctly causing the leak and they needed to do a full change again to replace the cap. I called and explained this to the owner and he said to bring the receipt from AAA and he would give me a free oil change to make up for it. I spent a few months in Canada and not enough miles, then Covid. My other car, an Accord, went to them for an oil change in January and my sis asked for freebie but was told I needed to speak to boss so she just paid it. Today I went to get that oil change and he could not be bothered, he wanted to give me a "deal" and charge me $90 for an oil change (more than I paid the first time), then went on to say he didn't want my business. Completely unprofessional. NOT RECOMMENDED ! PERIOD. I have pictures of the faulty cap and obviously the receipt from AAA but hey you have a choice, so take your business to someone who wants it because clearly this place doesn't gaf.

service is good quality. All the guys there do a good job. My wife and I both have had emergencies with our vehicles before and they are always willing to help us out of a jam. Great experience all around every time. This is the only place I take my cars.

Service ...........Poor service. Courtesy.......... Returned guest not welcome specially for one the owner son. Though, one of them is very polite and always have performed great work. I thought they were honest .Though, the work performance has been very poor quality service. Most of the times I have to take the cars to get it fixed and finally I give up. I had to take one of the cars MB some where else to have it fixed.

Took my BMW 328i there for the first, and last time, this past weekend due to an oil leak. I thought the mechanics were very knowledgeable but felt ripped off when <$100 in parts became an almost $900 job ($800 in labor). Confronted the mechanic how he would justify that in labor costs for a 2-3/hr repair without a convincing answer...not only did they loose one customer but a few referrals as well. I will go to MBV Europe auto repairs if I were you.
