Nice store, a little puzzled on the DSG clothing line, seemed good quality, decent styling, at fair price, but who wants to wear the logo DSG on their clothes?? Maybe an innocuous generic logo could work. Hey Sam, Not DSG I am.

Came in to try on a few different sneakers brands and get a feel for what I want for my new job. Luckily the modeled shoes were mostly all my sizes because there were four or five different employees standing in the shoe section just blank staring at me, or playing on their phones. Not one of them came up to offer any type of assistance at all. After 20 min of trying on different shoes I left because no one would help me. Not giving my money to a company that has employees like this, sorry.

Stay away from this Store!!! This place is a joke, especially the managers and customer service! The managers are very rude and will lie straight to your face. They walk around the store like they’re lost and have egos like your bothering them when you have a question or a return. I purchased a GT Aggressor, Mountain Bike ($550.00) (Piece of JUNK BIKE) from this store. You obviously can’t test the bike out in a box store, so the young guy that sold me the bike said that if I was not happy with the way it rode I could bring it back for a full refund or exchange. I rode the bike for one day on the greenway to test it out, and it pretty much fell apart, to the point where you couldn’t even ride it. So, I returned the bike 2 days later and they would not refund me my money back, and could only offer (UP SALE) a $75 warranty for 2 years, which I had to buy in order to get the brand new bike fixed…🤦♂️ Terrible customer service and they need to retrain their staff and hire real managers that know the customer service industry! I should have gone next door to REI, with much better quality MNT Bikes for about the same price and where they have great customer service and knowledgeable employees and managers working! Lesson learned here with DICK’S!!! Never again…they lost all of my business and my family’s business….We’ve spent Thousands of dollars over the years at DICK’S! 👋 👋

I bought my grandson top flight golf clubs. Sticker of price stated $149.00 when I peeled off sticker because it was a gift the box had a price of $109.00. Can they up the charge like that? ?

I wish I had experienced the level of customer service that others have. Obviously there was an issue with my order that I had made online but no one offered to remedy the situation. Just said it was obvious they were out of what I had ordered and that I would be refunded my money. I spent time to drive to the store to pick up the item - the least they could have done was to check to see if they even had it but they did not. They wanted to tell me how long they worked at the store and how it works, but I was surprised no one offered to help. They basically said sorry - we don’t see anything and then rationalized that they must be out of the item and I would be refunded - I even offered to give them my order number but no one took it. Called corporate customer service in the parking lot and the individual told me that it had been changed to shipping it to me. I purposely didn’t have it shipped to me because of travel. Once again - no solutions other than I could wait until tomorrow to see when it might arrive. Needless to say…..frustrating experience.
