I just want to applaud the staff working on 1/11 around 5pm. They had the most disrespectful customer belittling, screaming and cursing at them and they handled it beautifully. I can't believe some people can be so disrespectful and rude to retail workers, especially pharmacy staff trying to help them. Also huge shout out to the 4-5 Target employees who had to be called over because this lady was so over the top. You all deserve a raise!

I have been trying to get a flu shot. I had one scheduled and I arrive at the pharmacy and they said that they do not see my name. I show them the confirmation and then they said our fridge is broken and we have no more vaccines. The person was extremely RUDE!!!! The for the past week, I have been trying to schedule an appointment to get my flu vaccine and it says no appointments available. I then call them and they said yes they have appointment but you have to schedule online.

I called at 9am as instructed by pharmacy staff to have my prescription that is due filled. I had other Rx’s to pick up as well. I went to the pharmacy at 3pm. I told the technician which two Rx’s I needed to pick up. She couldn’t find one and told me to come back in 10 minutes. I said that I had no other business and would wait for her to find my order. That made her mad. She found the order in less than a minute. She instantly gave me the attitude that I was being a difficult customer...cold and stoney service. I mentioned it to her and she said “I haven’t said anything.” She is correct...I just got her attitude. I so wish I could go to another pharmacy!!!! Rec# 2-1064-0346-0107-9699-5. VCD#752-282-648

The Clackamas CVS pharmacy regularly has issues with their system. My husband and I have been there multiple times in the past year when their system is shut down and we cannot get a medication filled. Most of the staff is kind and helpful but there is one in particular that comes across condescending and rude over the phone and in person.

Notice that the 5 stars are a year or more ago. It has really gone down hill. It wasnt great before. Mix ups with prescriptions and long waits in line. Now its impossible. They dont acknowledge you when you come to the counter. Lastly if youre sick who wants to fight for parking at Sunnyside and then go into the back the store and wait. No drive through.

Slow. I needed an Inhaler refill. Prescription was already there. They took 6 hours to get it. It was right on the shelf. But it had to be filled? You don't count inhalers. One to a package. I wish my insurance didn't force me to go there.

They're friendly, Located in target. Only part that isnt great, you can't pick up your meds anytime the store is open. They have separate hours, and no target employees can grab you meds.

This pharmacy has really impressed me, I was able to get my generic epipen prescription from them for 400 dollars less than I would have paid at the pharmacy I normally use. Not only did they start with a lower price, but the pharmacists were very kind and found some coupons to apply to make it even more affordable, and they filled the prescription very quickly. I would definitely recommend them!
