The pharmacy is overly busy, and has long lines, but that's probably more to do with pandemic living and that there needs to be more Costcos in the surrounding area. I live in Woodburn and drive a ways to get here, I imagine other people do too. The pharmacy workers are doing their best.

It was crazy busy tonight and there was only ONE person working to check people out on a Friday night of a holiday weekend. Peter Z was amazing. He was busting his butt, remained kind, had a sense of humor that didn't slow him down, was patient when people got frustrated, and was overall awesome. I appreciate you, Peter! 5 stars for you. Management: help a guy out and staff your team better. Also, you should give Peter a raise.

Longtime Costco member and this particular pharmacy screws up RXs constantly. This was the final straw, canceling a brand new RX, went to pick it up the first time they said they were working on it being filled, went in a 2nd time to ouck it up, this time they said it was cancelled by the Doctor on the day it was prescribed? Uhm no. Requested a copy of that information - they could not provide us with one. They lie to save face as they constantly screw up RXs! Go elsewhere for your pharmacy needs. Not worth the hassle or your time at Costco Pharmacy in Clackamas

I came to the slowest time of the day , 8 pm. Waited on line for a few minutes. My turn came and I asked the staff over the counter ENT snoring device. He did not know. Then I showed my prescription. The staff ( this time a lady, not friendly nor courteous at all) hand signaled me to go to the drop off desk. So I stood by myself and sticking my head and asked “are you going to help me? This lady working and reluctantly said “ I’ll be with you in a minute.” Then she came to the window asking “what’s your name? I said here is my driver license. She looked the computer and they’re in the will call. So I asked what? She said go back to pick up. I I went back to line again in fourth. I believe this kind of treatment is undesirable for anyone. It lacks the courtesy and giving a runaround. A customer does not have to given runaround like this.

I'm not one to leave reviews online and usually have nothing but great things to say about the Costco in Clackamas. But when calling the Pharmacy today whomever I spoke with was very short and rude. Especially when I'd already been to the Pharmacy the past two days and they didn't have my pets prescription in yet. I was calling today to see if it had come in yet to avoid going again if it hadn't arrived. Whomever answered basically said in an annoyed manner that they didn't see it, they have no idea of when it would be in, and aren't I signed up for text alerts? Yes, yes I am. I got one yesterday saying one was ready and it was partially ready not fully when I arrived. I didn't even care if it hadn't arrived today, I just wanted an update. The response was beyond frustrating.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever used.. my dog has epilepsy and arthritis so he has a few prescriptions, we’ve always gone through Costco because they have the best prices but something about this specific location the pharmacy sucks, they claim to never get prescriptions, I sent in a refill request and it took them a week to fill it AND I had to call the and the vet multiple times to get it filled. I’m definitely going to be switching and making the extra drive to go to Wilsonville Costco. The entire staff there is super rude (there are probably two staff that are nice and friendly) if you can I would definitely avoid this pharmacy.

Poor signage, rude and unprofessional employees and noncompliance. Went there to get my 1st Covid shot arriving 10 min before the appointment time as instructed. I was waiting at the window that had APPOINTMENTS sign. They ignored me about 7 mins and an employee stopped and looked at me with his arms open palms facing up not saying a word. Told him I had an appt. He told me to go to the left window. It took them about 4 mins to find my paperwork going through multiple baskets. Finally was able to get my shot 25 min after the appointment time. Interesting thing is I had to wait 25 mins when there was no one waiting in line in front of me. After the shot, they didn't even ask me to wait for 15 min to monitor any adverse reaction. Stay away from these people.

RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My wife help me called Pharmacy to find a way to reschedule my appointment, the female on the other side of the phone didn’t have her the answer she asked with an impatient tone and ruled attitude. Then when I called the second time she was able to give me some direction but canceled my original appointment without my consent. Costco store management and upper management should look into this behavior in your operation. YOU ARE CHASING your loyal customers away with people like that working in your store. I called the store as soon as I noticed my appointment was canceled and talked to a very nice person name “Courtney” she helped reinstated my appointment.

Just started using Costco pharmacy, have had a very bad experience so far. Prescriptions get mixed up, and many of the staff members are rude. Have worked with 1 or 2 great staff members. Everyone else has treated customers very poorly. Doctor sent over a prescription and Costco said they didnt have it, even though doctor had confirmation of receipt from Costco. Doctor resent perscription, magically Costco had it again. This is the 3rd or 4th time this has happened.
