Destiny
Most incompetent pharmacy I've ever experienced. They will order wrong prescriptions, fill them incorrectly with the wrong quantity, won't answer phones/ignore calls, have the most atrocious customer service I've ever experienced, and most the time they're not even open! As a person who has to rely on medication - the best thing I did for my health was switch pharmacies. This location should permanently close. The only service they're offering the public is mental stress and frustration

The worst pharmacy ever. They always dragging their feet. I call in advance, they ignore calls or hang up. Especially between 1-1:30. Then it's lunch. Yet they blow up your phone when your prescriptions ready. Bare minimum effort I feel the workers are too comfortable. Given the "short staff", I see they're hiring but have not seen a new worker added in over a year at this location.

Not open during hours. Take 3 times as long as they say to fill prescriptions. When someone politely asks them how much longer they responds with, “a bit.” Nice.

They get one star for consistency. You can count on inefficiency, incompetence and most of all, apathy. I believe there must have been a typo in the job description requiring experience working in apathy rather than apothecary. The most ambitiously apathetic worker is the large lady with blue hair. She's so practiced at conveying how little she cares that the next steps of incompetence and inefficiency aren't even required. You'll never make it to those steps.

I haven't had a script for a few years, but whooooa COVID has messed things up and delayed things. Had a medication I was desperate for since Walgreen's had "lost" my other one. Decided instead to have the script filled at Safeway. Went in about 5h after the script was called in and it was apparent everyone in the pharmacy was doing their best to get things done. Asked if this was normal and was told that it's been this way for a couple years. At any rate, Carey (pharmacy tech) was able to get my script filled quickly after asking kindly. My foot and the rest of me greatly appreciate that. :) I hope things get back to normal soon and you kind souls get a break. Thanks heaps!

Gave me shingles vaccine; claimed no problem for covid 19 shot in three days; i missed vaccination offered by employer as result; am now unable to get covid shot until end of month; employer program may not be there; had a chance to be safe from the virus; i am having trouble getting over the anger; incompetent; avoid 1.18.21 this was harsh. People make mistakes. Flawless steadfast service to this point. I will get the cv19 shot eventually--or not. If it gets me so be it.

Outstanding service. On Friday evening 8/2/19 an hour before closing, my daughters prescription needed retrieved from another local pharmacy. One phone call and they made it happen. Thank you so much for going above and beyond. This Mom appreciates you.

Worst pharmacy. We continously have issues getting our prescriptions on time. My son was very sick, I turned in his prescription and told the tech I would be in the store. She said 30 minutes. After 40 minutes, I came back to check on his prescription, and they still hadn't filled it because they needed his updated insurance info. They could have called me, knowing I was in the store. I had to wait another 30 minutes after that to finally get it. My husband has had several issues as well. We are officially changing pharmacies.
