Service was prompt in a professional, competent manner. The paint purchased is excellent quality; I was a little shocked to hear that the cost was $84 for a gallon, but the paint is excellent. I guess price reflects quality, but since when did the price go up THAT MUCH?

I took an old sample of some cabinets that I had that were a "Burgundy" color. Finding the exact color has been a pain. I took it into the Albany office, and they said they would need a few days to work on getting just the right match. Just a few hours later they called me to tell me my stain was ready. It is a perfect match. Very happy with the stain and customer service.

Poor service. Asked about a specific product and was told they don't have it and its hard to come by because of the "national paint shortage". Staff didn't inquire about my application needs and offered no alternatives. Employee even laughed a bit when I asked for the product. Perhaps they could post a sign in the window that says "national paint shortage" - " our staff may use this as an excuse to be unhelpful"?

Extremely professional knowledgeable helpful & friendly staff.. excellent array of quality paint & painting tools & supplies! Seriously though, the paint is amazing! After a couple medium sized paint projects that, due to limited time and funds, spanned a couple seasons and utilized a couple different brands and performance levels of paint, that've now been all done and have been subjected to a year of sun & rain, I can personally attest: Sherwin Williams paint proved by far to be the most durable and longest lasting of any paint I've used. On the surfaces I've painted, where the sections using another (outdoor, high-end, yes with primer..) brand of paint was already somewhat faded and already flaking off, other neighboring sections painted with SW paint still look flawless and like the day I painted it! Certainly not the cheapest paint, but worth every penny if you want your paint to last and look good for a long time.

Walked in needing Amazing Grey paint, left singing Amazing Grace. In seriousness though, the lady working at the counter was quick, friendly, and just a joy for the five minutes I was there.

I was disappointed. My husband, mom and I went into the Albany store, and did not have a great experience. There were 2 employees there, and it was an hour till closing time. My mom said as we walked in, "don't worry, we are all together!" Trying to be funny. The female employee did not think it was funny and said she was ready to go home. We had 4 colors of paint to match and a 5 gallon bucket of grey paint that was too dark, and were hoping that she could lighten it up a bit. She just said straight up that she couldn't do it. She said she may be able to get 2 of the 4 colors matched in the hour, but not likely that all 4 could be done. Told us to leave and she'd call if or when she finished. Meanwhile, the other kid or employee didn't do or say a word. We were the only ones in the store. Anyway, my husband mom and I have all been in the construction industry for many many years, and have always gone to Sherwin Williams in Corvallis. They are phenomenal, and bend over backwards for you. We will never go to the Albany one again. Very sad to have these two represent a wonderful company.

Sherwin Williams is a great company to work with. Fitzpatrick Painting and Construction is partnered with Sherwin Williams and they provide paint for many of our jobs, but outside of that they have donated Paint for our Paint It Forward project when we painted the Teen Challenge Men's campus in Shedd, OR. They also donated paint for our Veteran's Day float. When it comes to giving back to the community they don't even blink. Josh Burke is a huge part of all of this, and we thank him for always making our experience with Sherwin a great one. You won't be disappointed if you go with Sherwin Williams for your next project.
