Good selection of products, reasonable prices, helpful employees when/if you can find one. Honestly, I feel bad for the employees, it seems as though the store is understaffed.

Went about an hour before closing, staff was friendly enough, they were getting ready to restock shelves but they didn't make us feel like we were in the way, nor did they sigh or eyeroll if asked a question! Really great customer service kudos on that end! They had the plants I was looking for, but I wish I had gone earlier in the day to maybe have gotten a 1 on 1 shopper to help me with my very dead thumb (i.e. given me some pointers or ideas for planting) but that is entirely on me. Such an easy store to get lost in and spend waaaaay too much money on "home improvement ideas" ha, ha!

If you need assistance, forget about it! Noone knows who, what or where! If you need a carry out, load hauling, good luck! A beautiful store, Noone cares. Except one helpful kind person in the paint department. I was absolutely disappointed. You are on your own

It feels odd to be reviewing The Home Depot haha but we recently bought our first house and have been renovating it like mad. We have not had a bad experience here yet. EVERY single employee in all the departments that we've encountered has had a friendly, helpful and professional disposition.

The store itself is ok but the paint department is a hole new story. I’ve had to buy paint in this 3 different times in the pass year with the same rude big tall employee that thinks he’s special and the customers are his enemy. I saw his tag covering his name tag that he has been a employee for 5 years, I can’t believe that the manager doesn’t see how rude he is to the customers and how he talks down to the newer employees working with him behind the counter. I’ve been a production manager for 15 years if I caught one of my employees doing that they would be out the door in a flash. This world is already Stressful enough going shopping and then encounter a rude employee that makes the shopping experience absolutely dreadful. I made a complaint to the manager the first time I had to deal with him about a year ago, and the manager said that the store will not tolerate rude behavior in there employees and that he would take care of this right away. Apparently he did not.

This is my home away from home. The tool rental department is super helpful. They even helped put a heavy power washer in the back of my truck. The staff you ask? Amazing! The best part is they will not run away from you unlike other Home Depot locations. Very friendly customer service. Don’t be scared 😱 if they are too friendly. That is how GP is 😉.
