Went to Jerry's here in Eugene, Oregon and this place was better than Home Depot . They actually came out to help you show you where the item was. Even made sure it was the right item. That's awesome because at Home Depot they run and hide when you look for help.

Only go to Jerry’s if you have time to kill! I went to get a quart of paint mixed. I was told it was 15 minutes. At 20 min still not ready, at 30 minutes it still wasn’t started. The poor girl working the paint counter was the only one there. She had to mix up paint and help customers. The paint department is the busiest department but it’s always understaffed. But the electrical and plumbing always has at least 2 people each. The check out took probably another 20 minutes. All together it was an hour to get 1 quart of paint. I have been shopping at Jerry’s for 15 plus years but next time I will be going to lowes.

A local business with some very attentive and helpful staff. The layout and selection is great ... I'd say it's far superior to the big box hardware and contractor supply stores.

Jerry's employees are almost always eagerly willing to help. I usually find whatever I need relatively quickly. Only minus 1 star due to prices on products. Far superior than average home improvement store.

My absolute favorite hardware store! They are local, they have hard to find tools, they have a better selection of most hand tools than the big box hardware shop and their garden center is hands down fantastic. Only negative is some of the younger new hires are not as helpful but the more experienced staff are very knowledgeable and helpful.

I'm remodeling a whole house so I'm constantly in and out of places like Lowe's and Home Depot. Don't know why I haven't gone to Jerry's before. They're so helpful and nice at Jerry's! You go to Home Depot or Lowe's and you have to hunt down somebody and usually I just end up asking another customer for help because you can't get anybody to help you at those other stores! For the rest of the project I'm using Jerry's! Thanks for the great experience.

Jerry's Home Improvement stores are a wonderful place to shop if you're looking for variety and customer service. If you're looking for the BEST price in town avoid them at all costs! Ive compared there prices to home depot and at times Jerry's price is 50 or more dollars above home depot prices on the same identical item. Oh they claim they will price match but when you see an item at Jerry's that is 50 dollars less somewhere else you have to ask yourself where else are they getting me in the pocket book? Buyer beware......there prices are high!!

Always greeted by friendly and knowledgeable workers. You can get in and out of there quickly, with exactly what you're looking for. You can't beat their prices either. I just stopped in there the other day to checkout their Tinseltown Christmas display.
