I have used this pharmacy for 17 years. My husband and I are elderly so have lots of prescriptions. We also get shots there. The pharmacists counsel us on new drugs. And prices. We always feel a sense of connection and care. Since the pandemic, they like many health care providers have been tested. Staffing issues have led to trying to do more work with shorter hours. There are some glitches. But, I feel they care about what they are doing.

I have been with this pharmacy for years, probably at least 20. I rarely need medication but when I did they were efficient enough and friendly. More recently I have noticed extremely long lines and when I was in need of a RX quickly they really dropped the ball. I was told my RX would be ready by 2PM. The next day made a trip and waited in line only to be told it wasn't filled and they didn't have time to fill it. After reading the other reviews this seems to be the current level of service. This is not acceptable when you are talking about people's time and health. The grocery store here however has continued to provide good service.

If you're experiencing a panic attack and looking for your anxiety medication, the pharmacist will raise their voice at you, continue raising it when you ask them not to, hang up the phone, and block your phone number so you can't contact your own pharmacy. Genuinely, the people that work there are wasting air that they don't deserve.

I went to the Glisan pharmacy this morning to get some more pseudoephedrine for my allergies. They are really really bad this morning. Jena Lee helped me. She was terrible. I asked for three boxes of 120mg because that's what I was told last time I purchased these and it saves me trips. She said, "No." I can only sell you one." I said but last time I was told I could. She snapped, raised her voice and said, "I can only sell you one. I only have one left." I said she could have told me that in the first place and she got angry again. Anyway, I gave her my ID and got out my debit card. I looked at the pin pad and it was at a loading screen. It was full of lines of text instead of the normal please insert your card. I asked her if it was still booting up and she loudly told me to hold off and wait for her to tell me to put the card in. I tried explaining that it wasn't operating correctly and she spat out, "Fine! We'll go to the other register if that will make you happy!" I was floored. The other pin pad had the correct screen on it so there was obviously something wrong with the other one. I apologized to her for asking questions. I said I won't ask anymore questions. We completed the transaction and she mumbled something at me I couldn't understand. I left. She could be having a rough morning but this was all pretty unacceptable. Everyone has always been so nice at this pharmacy. I couldn't believe it. She needs help.

I will only use this glisan location pharmacy. They have given me outstanding service for the past 7years. The staff is always professional and they work fast to get your order ready.

Please update your pharmacy hours online. I went to pick up my medication today at 6:15 and you guys were closed. Because of my work hours I will not be able to pick up my medication until Tuesday. That's not okay. My medication is something I need, and going several days without it is incredibly hard on me. Please consider how not updating your hours online can negatively impact a patients outcome.

Literally THE WORST pharmacy. We have endured years of terrible service but due to our circumstance and the proximity of the pharmacy we have stayed with them, knowing that each experience would be terrible.I tried to refill a Rx a week ago but they have been "too busy" to fill it. I have called multiple times to check on the status and either get put on hold and have to hang up after 15 minutes or am told they are too busy at the moment and to call back. Today I finally got someone on the phone but he told me they couldn't fill it today as they don't have enough people and are just really busy. This is a Rx that has to be taken daily and we are now out of it - despite trying to refill a week in advance of running out. When I mentioned this to the man on the phone he said too bad, go to a different pharmacy and hung up on me. I'd give zero stars, but you can't leave a review if you don't give at least one star.

Please be careful with this pharmacy. My doctor had to call them to confirm I had not been taking narcotics because per their records I had been. Very dangerous error on their part. In addition to that meds were never ready, even when confirming they were ahead of time. The pharmacy techs didn’t seem to know what they were doing and my bill was different every time. The only plus is their location and staff were pleasant. I would strongly recommend using another pharmacy. Don’t put your safety in their hands when there are sooo many other pharmacies near by.

Picking up a prescription should be easy, right? But at this location I've literally never had an experience with this pharmacy where I just went in and picked up the prescription that was called in and it was ready. There's always some level of drama or general weirdness, whether for myself or someone else in line who is having some kind of frustrated meltdown. Multiple calls from my doctor to get a simple prescription filled. Lots of back and forth. Lots of hassle.

I have never had an issue with this pharmacy. In fact, the workers here have been really good to me and helpful. I have been getting my prescriptions filled here for about 4 years. They get busy from time to time whenever I go in but I just use that time(and that’s IF I have to wait) to complete my grocery shopping. Good people work here..
