Really just go to any other pharmacy. This one always has long lines that move too slowly. It doesn’t make sense considering the number of people working behind the counter. I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt for years now but I gave up when they couldn’t figure out a very straight forward manufacturer coupon.

Yes, the wait is very long at certain parts of the day. Yes, they are understaffed and this can cause frustration for both employees and customers. However, they have consistently filled my prescriptions without issue and most employees are nice if you are also nice.

Terrible pharmacy. Unfriendly and incredibly inefficient. I called to confirm a prescription would be ready and I told to come in an hour. I needed this immediately due to an allergic reaction on my skin. I arrived, waited in a 30-minute line, for them to tell me it wasn’t ready and wouldn’t be before they close. The man with glasses and longish hair was rude and unhelpful. Avoid this pharmacy.

Andrea ROCKS!!! I am getting back on a medication I was previously on and I got an alert saying it would be over $200 for a one month supply. Andrea took the time out of her busy day to call my insurance company and figure out what was going on and ultimately figured out how to get me the medicine for $12 a month. I have nothing but good things to say about this pharmacy. Yes, sometimes there is a wait when picking prescriptions up but that is just fine with me because whenever I have any sort of an issue staff spend the extra time and go above and beyond to resolve the issue. I will continue to use this pharmacy for as long as I can!

Truly one of the worst pharmacies I have ever experienced. The line times are not their fault. The way they treat their customers is. Appointment times are not honored, if you take stimulant meds for ADHD prepare for unconcealed judgement (also anticipate being questioned about dosage changes), the pharmacy techs know nothing about secondary insurance, there's rarely seating in the line that stretches beyond several departments (floral, deli, etc.), and if you are a young person with an invisible illness, you'll likely get stares from staff if you do use one of the chairs that are around. Simply put, getting my meds here is so demoralizing. Cigna doesn't give me better options though - you know how it goes.

Long line, sure, but I’ve run into that at every pharmacy I’ve been to. However, I was met with absolutely rude staff when I finally got to the counter, or at least the one I worked with. I understand being frustrated because you’re understaffed(worked in retail quite a while) but my experience with Tina was absolutely horrid. Within the first five seconds of my trying to give my care Oregon information to her I was met with rolled eyes and multiple remarks about how care Oregon takes time and now “everyone has to wait” for me. Like yeah lady, I hate that it takes forever too, i waited in the same line and have the same frustration. I can’t help it either, but this interaction really didn’t need to be that unpleasant, maybe don’t work with customer service if you don’t have the patience for it?

If I could give this pharmacy zero stars I would. The line is always this long. They make waiting for a prescription unbearable. I have never had any issue with the staff the line just moves at a snails pace. Refilling you prescription through the app gives you no advantage as you have to wait in line anyways. I hope they hire more staff bc these pharmacist and techs are probably over worked and underpaid. I’ve started using Amazon pharmacy and just paying out of pocket bc waiting here for up to an hour is not on the top of my todo list.

Contrary to other people, I only have pleasant experiences at Fred meyer's pharmacy Hollywood West. I've been there twice so far and I didn't have anything to complain. All you have to do is to call in advance to see if your medication is ready to pick up. When your doctor sends a prescription there, it usually takes 2 to 3 days to be ready. I always do that and there weren't any problems.

What used to be a perfectly fine pharmacy has devolved into one of the worst: The line is always long - expect at least a 20 minute wait - they frequently can’t find your prescription in their computer system, they seem constantly understaffed, and most of the staff appear annoyed that you, as a paying customer needing potentially lifesaving medication, are even there asking them to do their job. A lot could be resolved if they were properly staffed. The pharmacists are fine, but you barely interact with them. I would avoid this pharmacy.
