I am waiting in—what looks like a line, but the lone gentleman behind the counter has fully communicated with each of us in the store, and is tasked at accomplishing each of our needs at a pace which reminds me of the Flash; I quite literally am blown away. This is one of the most OUTSTANDING customer service experiences I am, in the moment, still enjoying. Thank you! ~Rebecca

You failed yesterday CAHOOTS. There was a mentally unhealthy man hunkered down on our block for 4 hours. I personally confronted him. I was ready for the worst. Someone yells out “Call Cahoots! Not the Cops!” You let this mentally ill & violent menace be free! Bad call… You allowed a young cop to be ASSAULTED Quite badly. He followed protocol. You all failed our Neighborhood. You gotta eat that. Hold it. Do Better. We all can. ~Spice
Goodwill Retail Store and Donation Center
Prices are out of control! Here's just one example. A tiny scented candle for $3.99. These are 1.99-2.99 at Ross, Marshall's and TJMax!!! Its crazy! Unless u happen upon something with the 50% off color you are really WAY better off either at one of those stores or eBay. Goodwill has become way too greedy. ~Raf

A local business with some very attentive and helpful staff. The layout and selection is great ... I'd say it's far superior to the big box hardware and contractor supply stores. ~Brandon

They cleaned the windows with hot water from the coffee pots? They even turned the hot water machine on with dirty cleaning gloves. Watched this happen twice. I don't think they train anyone here either. ~Courtney

What a terrible place of business. They turn people away on a whim. Tonight they tried saying that their system to load cash on the prepaid cards, like the PayPal card, wasn't working. They said that it's been like this for days. However just a couple days ago one of the employees told me that they were only not able to only because she messed it up earlier in the day and the managers didn't want her doing it by herself. So the LIE told me to me tonight wasn't even a clever one. They also seem to always have a crowd of homeless loitering on and around the property at all times of the day. ~Ron

This location is always an excellent place when you need to pick up milk quickly. The employees are helpful and get you through the line quickly. . It is also a nice place to stop for ice cream because they have some flavors you can get in a cone or a dish. You can still return bottles and cans here and there is a bike rack in front. It's also a good spot when you want to get soft drinks or cold beer. I have been coming to this location since it was built back in the late '80s. They are also one of the last locations that still has a cow. ~Todd

I’ve worked both professionally and personally with the branch manager, Ian Kimball, over the past ten years at U.S. Bank. He runs an efficient office that focuses on superior customer service, positive energy, and always doing what is best for his clients. Ian has a knack for hiring the right people, which may result in being short staffed from time to time due to his team members being promoted. He leads his employees by example and regularly goes above and beyond the role of branch manager to meet his clients’ needs and exceed their expectations. ~Jesse

U.S. Bank Branch
Traumatic! I have been a customer of US Bank for years. I went in to report sudden death of my former husband of forty years and to provide the branch with the death certificate. I had to stand in line and give all the info to the teller. The teller had to ask a fellow worker/manager(?) a question regarding the procedure and the worker/manager was talking very loud about a sensitive situation instead of taking me aside to a quiet place to discuss this situation. The staff at that branch sure could use some sensitivity training. ~Theresa
