I’ve worked both professionally and personally with the branch manager, Ian Kimball, over the past ten years at U.S. Bank. He runs an efficient office that focuses on superior customer service, positive energy, and always doing what is best for his clients. Ian has a knack for hiring the right people, which may result in being short staffed from time to time due to his team members being promoted. He leads his employees by example and regularly goes above and beyond the role of branch manager to meet his clients’ needs and exceed their expectations. ~Jesse

Traumatic! I have been a customer of US Bank for years. I went in to report sudden death of my former husband of forty years and to provide the branch with the death certificate. I had to stand in line and give all the info to the teller. The teller had to ask a fellow worker/manager(?) a question regarding the procedure and the worker/manager was talking very loud about a sensitive situation instead of taking me aside to a quiet place to discuss this situation. The staff at that branch sure could use some sensitivity training. ~Theresa

The people in locations are friendly enough. But try to get actual customer support over the phone or in chat and you get some really unpleasant and unhelpful people... As I do business online, I will be reconsidering my business here, hopefully in favor of a place that is a bit more apt to not speak down to me condescendingly... Really over this behavior and attitude. ~Jadu

If you are a business, stay far far away from Columbia. They only offer a laughable .01% interest checking account. Online banking user interface is a nightmare, bill pay only sends checks and doesn't support electronic payments unless you get a manual approval done with multiple phone calls to the bank, and some branches can't even send wires because "we don't have staff working that has the ability to send a wire." One time their online system was broken for months and they charged me $50 an hour for them to download my own transactions simply because their system was broken and my CPA couldn't access the transactions...LIKE IT WAS OUR FAULT?!?! Its an absolute nightmare to run a business w/ this bank as a partner. I can't comment on personal accounts. ~Grico

I've always had good service with Chase until today. After finally speaking to a real person locally, Grace, I was told that she couldn't help me over the phone because she couldn't authenticate me. Even after giving my name, address and offering my card number and anything else she needed. Cost me a trip to the bank for something that could have been easily handled over the phone. Thank you Grace for your robotic non-help. ~MIKE

Went in to open an account I called they said they didn’t need appointment so I made appointment for next day I get there at 10:20 as my appointment was at 10:30 and they lady was going home so I said no problem tore up the paperwork they gave me and left. Horrible service and all this not one other person in the bank ~Debra
