This bank is a joke! They placed a nine day hold on their own check and when my wife called them to find out why, the customer service manager placed her on a twenty minute hold just to tell her she's not doing anything about it and hung up in her face. It's been nothing but problems with chase, the app is very slow, staff is not the most knowledgeable, it's a hold on anything you deposit and they hold it forever. You know there's a problem when another bank can cash a chase check faster then chase can. I'd give it zero stars if i could.

I've always had good service with Chase until today. After finally speaking to a real person locally, Grace, I was told that she couldn't help me over the phone because she couldn't authenticate me. Even after giving my name, address and offering my card number and anything else she needed. Cost me a trip to the bank for something that could have been easily handled over the phone. Thank you Grace for your robotic non-help.

I’m choosing NOT to use Morgan Chase Bank because of their dirty investments. They are the #1 funder of tar sands oil, and that means they are doing terrible harm to our environment, threatening the very climate we depend on. The horrific fires made worse by ever worsening drought came within 14 miles of our town. Even after the Paris Accord, Chase continues to profit from climate chaos. They can choose to invest responsibly but won’t until enough of us tell them that what they are pouring money into is immoral. We can choose a better way to invest and build for the future.

The teller was nice. The issue I have is when I switched my business bank account here, the business banker told me that if I needed same day availability of my funds with no hold to bring the check in and they would verify funds and make them available well the manager on today refused to help and said we wont do that and you can reverse your deposit and you can do something else. Why is it so hard to cash checks anymore? I had switched from a credit union that gave me same day availability of my funds on 95% of all checks I cashed. I may have to switch back.

I've been waiting over 5 days for a replacement debit card after mine was eaten by a atm machine while on vacation. I was unable to pay bills electronically while away....again! I have issues with my Chase account every road trip we take. This is literally the third time in a row I was unable to use this account without problems while away from home. This time the branch charged me $5 to issue a new card, and could not get it to me in a reasonable time frame. My credit union had a replacement to me in 48hrs and didn't charge a fee. If you're on vacation and something happens to your card...your screwed with a Chase bank account. I highly recommend banking at your local credit union. It will save you a ton of headaches in an emergency or while on vacation.

I want to say people there are nice, since I just do easy work with them. The bankers I met are not professionals. Once I need to apply for a credit card, the banker cannot give any useful informations. The older women just read the informations which I can check on the website. I asked more questions like what should I do to keep my credit score increase, she just said I don't know and smiling. I have two chase credit card during 2 years. Every time I want any professional answers I have to study or ask wells fargo's banker even I don't have any card there. The bankers in chase bank are not professional!

I'm young and not well versed in the matters of Financials so often times I feel really out of my depth doing anything at a bank. The tellers here are super understanding and considerate. They never make me feel foolish for not knowing some of the more basic things about banking and are always willing to help me work through everything so I understand what we're doing. One of the tellers here introduced me to the chase banking app which was insanely convenient and, frankly, she was just an absolute delight when she was helping me. The only reason I'm not giving a full 5 stars is because the lollipops are subpar and the jp Morgan chase Bank itself still supports the construction of really dangerous pipelines. Obviously, that has nothing to do with the work of the employees at this specific location, but we still need to acknowledge this bank's controversial decisions regarding what to invest in.

Sometimes the older bankers aren't very friendly. Though if they all gave service akin to the only the lovely woman with long black hair won't say names. I'd give 5 stars. Other wise it's great to have a ATM in front the building I can get as low as a 5$ bill out of it. Don't even need my card to do it.

What can I say this Chase bank did an outstanding job with providing me exceptional customer service. I want to give recognition to Sharon, the manager on duty. While traveling I encountered a situation that needed immediate attention and Sharon went above and beyond in providing me with outstanding customer service.
