Two stars for the somewhat friendly service, but they're not very helpful. They're not a corporate location so they can't actually help you with redirecting packages. Guess they're just good for dropoff / pickup? What a shame.

If you value your medical privacy (HIPAA ) find another shipper for your meds. Two days late with a $3.000 insulin delivery . These are shipped on ice to preserve them . Get a call the package was somehow destroyed and must go to the Vestal NY distribution center to pick it up. Insulin is in just a shipping envelope with no ice packs . They are suppose to send damaged meds back to shipper not call the person getting them. They also aren't suppose to open a sealed plastic bag containing private medical information and read through it . Nothing in that envelop has to do with properly handling their incompetence. The return address is on the container and also a simple scan will give them everything they need to know. Meds have to be replaced and $3000 in insulin thrown in the trash. Insurance company is using another carrier to send replacement

I would give this place zero stars if possible. The manager was completely unpleasant and unprofessional. He seemed to be irritated by the amount of items I needed to ship. He made several rude comments to me and spoke degradingly to and cursed at the other employees working. I definitely won't bother going to this particular location in the future.

This store has poor cell reception so neededto walk out to the parking lot to get the returm code the was in my email. Best to take a screenshot before you walk in there because they can't help you find that info online. On top of that the owner is extremely rude. Demanded that I go back out and put on a mask which I understand but the way he did it was ridiculous and I've met this guy in the front street store too so I'm pretty sure he owns both places.

In this day of business shut down and trying to keep the customers happy, it really is the little things that matter. And very little is what you'll get from this UPS store. Very little is what they did for me. Like they couldn't be bothered or something. When I was at the counter the manager kept interrupting me to talk to the person at the register. The experience to simply drop off the package It had taken way longer than it needed. It should have a quick exchange but it was dragged out. If this behaviour is not addressed I won't go back and I'll use someone else. Too many businesses out there that won't waste my time and you shouldn't allow it to waste yours either.

I realized that I’d happily been relying on my local UPS store on the Vestal Parkway, a scant five minutes from my home, since moving here nearly twenty years ago. All my friends and family were suddenly 3,000 miles away. I counted on that store! Manager Mark Nagle soon had the addresses of everyone I cared for on file. When my mom visited, I introduced her to Mark, who had been making sure my gifts arrived intact and on time. Those two ask about one another to this day. Another huge help? Online shopping, which meant inevitable returns. When I needed to check on a package, I called Mark. He had the gift of making me feel that I was his most important customer. Having a local store and truly personal service is increasingly rare. I’ve decided to share positive experiences and my appreciation whenever I’m able. I’m truly happy to begin with Mark Nagle, for fifteen years worth of terrific service.

The store manager Eric was exceptional! I had a a problem with an Amazon return order and he gave me some advice that I followed and my outcome was a lot better than I could have imagined. He is always super friendly and so helpful. Great customer service!
