Only one in area that takes in Duro Star generators under warranty. Brought 3 all almost empty in fuel and one missing AVR automatic Voltage Regulator, Which did not tell this owner of business. All are hybrid, run in fuel and propane. Burn fuel 6 gallons every 5 hours and black smoke. Have to run them with choke on. So much exhaust the mufflers expanding. In pictures after 6 hrs a spark plug fouled from so much carbon build up. After a week he called saying all had to much fuel in tank. I told him had hardly any fuel. Then proceeded to say nothing wrong with them, they all run and work fine. He does not have load banks to properly test these generators, only uses saws or tools. And obviously did not test them. After telling him left the AVR out and asked if fixed his stories keep adding up. I left and let the company I work with handle it, he is a crook, dishonest individual.

Knew what I needed over the phone, said he had it,went to get parts,had everything I needed, big help,parts work with out a problem, sending and waiting for someone to send,parts ,from who knows where and getting whatever they send,will definitely go back to Ray in the future.
