LIFE SAVERS!!! Uhaul originally cancelled my reservation the day before pick up. i was able to salvage a new rental and Pete (manager) was exceptional at providing the customer service and care that was so lacking from Uhaul the day prior. HIGHLY recommend this store for all your rental needs!

U-haul is an awful company. They WILL scam you so check your receipts. FORTUNATELY, the banks and card companies know that so call them with your evidence and they'll set things straight, even months after the fact.
