Avoid this place if you are Latin, Yesterday Sunday July 10 around 5pm Worst experience.... the cashiers 2 Both females, and of them one of them female latin is the manager i think but im not sure, well they were unatentive and watching me , very bad in the refrigerator area, I am a client and also I do home deliveries I had a question about a delivery from this establishment and I decided to ask her, and it seems that it annoyed them, they both forget that I am also a customer...I have shopping in several walgreens and the people are always nice and attentive but this did not happen here....but you ask them something and they get upset, it seems that they are doing you a favor, they look at you from head to toe, not in friendly way ,They looked at me badly, contemptuous, anyway I filed a complaint in customer service, detailing everything people like they shouldn't work in this place because, they are racist and discriminate people and also they don't know anything about Nondiscrimination and Accessibility Notice (ACA Section 1557) and also costumer service

Pharmacy staff at this location is utterly incompetent. Having made an appt. 2 weeks prior, they made my daughter and me wait for 40 minutes for a booster shot before telling us they couldn't give her the shot because she might have been exposed to someone with Covid at her school (a middle school with 800 kids!). Then they defiled her vaccination card by writing the booster dose and then using white-out to try to cover their screw up, and they refused to replace her card with an undamaged one upon request. The cashiers/staff either lied about or were unfamiliar with the updated CDC recommendations about isolation for healthcare workers. Avoid them like the plague!

Jeff is one of the smartest contentious and pleasant pharmacists I've ever known. Been going here for 10 years. He manages the pharmacy to a superior level of care and is nice while he's doing it.

Had a horrible experience at this location. I asked a Blonde female associate member with a heavy accent if a certain product at their location was getting restocked. She immediately shut me down with attitude saying the product wouldn’t restock. Okay fine... I then got in line to make a return and she told me that specific Walgreens didn’t make returns. UMMM WHAT?! Walgreens doesn’t make returns for their own products? She proceeded to tell me I’d have to go to the exact Walgreens I bought the product from to return it. I went to a different Walgreens down the street and they easily returned the product for me no issues. That associate is talking NONSENSE to costumers as if she owns the Walgreens.

Everyone there is service oriented. If I have to wait which is rare, they keep me informed. I like the drive through capability. They are professional in every way. I once had a question about a dry-eye over-the -counter medication. The pharmacist took the time to walk out into the store to suggest possibilities. She did not point to the most expensive. I do appreciate this service and care.

I saved $150 by switching to Walgreens instead of Walmart. The pharmacist at the Walgreens took the time to look up my insurance information and my child’s which ended up costing me $0 in the end. I gave them the same information it took Walmart four hours to still mess up and try charging me full price. Not to mention they have a drive threw pharmacy which allowed me to stay dry in my car during the pouring rain. I will now only go to Walgreens pharmacy for my prescription needs.

They told me prescription will be ready in 10minutes and I waited. 40 minutes later still not ready. The clerk said 5 more minutes the pharmacist still need to check it. Waited another 5 minutes. Then the pharmacist said it still need to be mixed. I wasted an hour waiting like my time is not important. The clerk acted like she doesn't care. Why don't they just be honest in the first place? Their customer service sucks, they pretend they don't hear or see you.
