I WAS PASSING THROUGH, AND 45 MINS. FROM MY DESTINATION, MY CAR OVER HEATED DUE TO WATER PUMP GOING OUT. THE OWNER WAS SO HELPFUL. HE WAS CONCERNED ABOUT MY WELL BEING, AS WELL AS MY CAR. On our way north through Florida on I-75 a warning light appeared telling us we needed a quart of oil. This place was the closest to our route, so we stopped, they added the oil, and we were back on the road within 10 minutes. Great customer service!

I'm staying in Florida for the winter and had an issue with my 4 wheel drive truck. I took it to Sumter Service Station being only 10 minutes away. After explaining the issue to one of the guys there who also owns a truck like mine told me the very simple fix and resolved my issue in a few minutes at no charge. I will go there again while in Florida if needed.

Absolutely pitiful. I took my car there because it was overheating. All three guys there took a turn looking under the hood, shrugged their shoulders and said "I don't know". No other customers were there. It was like I was intruding on their break time. Made no real effort to diagnose.

I have used them several times, with 3 different cars, and trucks. From brakes, starters, heater cores, to shocks, etc. They do all of my maintenance, and repair work. I'm disabled and on a fixed income, and they have the best prices in the area. 5 stars plus.
