They have good customer service but they charge twice the price for an oil change and wiper blades, an oil change for my car is $55 with midas, they charge $105. if your in a rush use them, but if you have time just go to midas, it’s half the price

Robert was so efficient and knowledgeable about the service needed. Even tho there was a short wait he kept me informed. I will always go back to Jiffy Lube since it is so streamlined. I especially like staying in my car so I can see everything they're doing. I guess that evolved during the pandemic but I hope it is here to stay.

Encinitas is by far the best Jiffy Lube! Total class act,efficient,polite,and I’ve had great experiences. The technicians I’ve had seem to be right on in their knowledge. Encinitas is the NORDSTROM of Jiffy Lubes. Whereas Escondido on Valley Parkway is not even at a Walmart level. Services: Oil change, Air & cabin filter replacement

Terrible experience , my car calls for 5 w 20 weight oil. They used 5 w 30, . When I noticed the problem shortly after the service .I brought the car back in. The manager at the time said it didn't matter what oil weight is used on my car. This was false and incorrect. My car is a Honda Odyssey, it requires 5w 20 . I know cars pretty well, well enough to know this guy was messing with me. I called a different jiffy lube where they changed the mistake out for free, no questions asked ? Service: Oil change

2019 car was treated like a 1920. Messed up my undercarriage and failed to tighten the plug. Oil change 101 right??? All the oil is on my driveway😒 The manager did come out to repair but the damage was done. Most jobs might go w/o a hitch but I straight up got clown service. Good luck
