Do NOT bring your car here. They are a mix of fraudulent and incompetence. Brought my vehicle in twice, for one and only one noise occurring with braking. Both times I was aggressively sold a sure fix for it. Both times I left with the exact same concern unaddressed noticeable immediately in the parking lot. It is completely obvious and factual that my concern was not investigated, replicated, or tested for both times. How do you sell a fix for something you don't replicate? Nothing was offered from Manager, just argued semantics with me. "That noise wasn't a brake noise, so it's unrelated. We fixed something else". The blame was put on me for describing my noise as brake related, when he said that in fact was suspension (fyi it's not suspension, nothing was looked into). I am not a mechanic, it occurs with braking. There was only ever one noise, no noise ever alleviated, flat out FRAUD and negligence. Stay away. Also, please note their warranties are imaginary and scams. If you walk in here, please record everything.

This is the only place I bring all my vehicles. Try to find someone who can beat theirs prices, and all work is covered under a warranty, I have only ever had one issue come up which was due to the age of my fuel line not their workmanship and they still had me come back and and they replaced the entire line for free and it wasn’t even their fault the clip broke. Jeff is who I always work with, he remembers your name, grabs your keys and sends you on your way he doesn’t make you wait while he fills in the paperwork. They have the best service and prices in encinitas

Always friendly, take time to answer questions, and do their best to give deals and quick service. Last time I went, there seemed to be a disconnect between the online reservation system and their appointment schedule (so I thought I had a reservation, but didn't), but they fit me in anyway.

Got told I needed rotors after requesting break pads...9k miles later getting new pads AND rotors again...hmmmm....

Told my mother new rotors were needed, they weren't charged her 1000 bucks and sanded her old ones and pretended they were new

These guys saved my behind ..they do easy credit...lost my credit card and was running low on cash they made the process easy and switched all 4 new tires on my grand Cherokee diesel for my departure for reno.
