They take the phone off the hook if they get the slightest bit busy. I've seen them do this with my own eyes. I would like to spend my money there but they don't seem to want it. Call Tommy's is Biscoe instead, the food is far better and they answer the phone when you call.

Very unique bbq sauce and styles. Are the boss hog burger was unique and delicious also tried their course chopped BBQ sandwich and was not disappointed. Too bad people don't want to work anymore outstanding bbq restaurant.

Update - The service here continues to be nice. I have ordered different things including the barbecue plate which is pictured. I felt the staff were very nice and I enjoyed my meal here.

It was a popular place for breakfast but not enough help if you're not able to take your time. Food was good but that was my first visit and I had a simple dish.

From the outside it seems like your average country restaurant, but out of ALL of them, this is one of the best. Staff are friendly, the food is great, and store is well kept I highly recommend the baby flounder.

Had breakfast real early in the morning. It's laid back and for there being one lady serving. She did an outstanding job. Food was perfect. Doesn't look like they are open early in the morning, but they are. Come check them out.

Hometown is a family friendly atmosphere with a tremendous variety of dishes. I had the Pork Chop lunch special with mixed greens, red slaw and potato salad. The pork chops were sliced thin, golden brown and juicy. Our waitress Debbie was working on her birthday, yet she was very pleasant and did a great job.
