Trinity is amazing, normally I come here and the customer service is horrible. However, Trinity was amazing it actually shocked me because when we pulled up to the window we were greeted with a warm smile. Cookout please treat her well so that she can stay for a little while.

This location over the years has been known for bad attitudes and lack of customer service. Now don't get me wrong some(not many) of the staff customer service skills are on point and are efficient enough to out weigh the bad attitudes but not really. You would think that since this one of the stores that had a slight make over that they would at least keep the parking lot clean. Smh

I love the food the staff is always friendly if something gets messed up they always correct it but I can't give them any more stars because the drive-thru line is always crazy long and it takes forever to get through it but you have to weigh that if you want to have some good cookout food. I recommend if you have time to wait in line

I traveled from gibsonville to the one on summit my experiece was very bad how could i drink my drink with no straw how could i eat my food without a fork the service was terrible i wasnt even treated like a paying customer. I was suppose to pay one price and ended up paying more hardly any bbq or slaw but the price went up thats stupid. My fries look like they was barely cooked if it wasnt for people like me the place wouldnt be open.

The Summit Avenue location has the worst customer service. The food is just thrown un the bag and most of the time it looks like it was put together or wrapped by a blind 2 year old. I always check my order before I leave the window to make sure that it is right....because moat of the time it is wrong...NOT COOL!!! The majority of the time I am ordering for someone else. I refuse to take someone a tacky looking order. Just because it's fast food doesn't mean that it can't be served in the spirit of excellence....both attitude and presentation. Geeeesh!

This is my cheddar style burger, no onions, extra mayo add pickles. You guys are a joke! Corporate should be so proud of this store. The fact that I'm visiting from out of town, makes it hard to address the manager for a refund

The food was good and the speed of service was quick. The line was incredibly long and the cars moved at a pretty fast pace. The employees are however extremely rude. If the food and service was not good and fast I would have given them not as many stars.

The cookout on Summit Avenue had to be one of my worst choices that I could’ve possibly made for my food needs. I pull up to the outside ordering menu and then I proceeded to watch six vehicles order their food on the inside lane. So after calling out a couple of times I pulled around to the window. Where I see not a single employee wearing a mask. This should’ve been my cue to pull off but I had wasted so much time that I had to be back to work soon. So I ordered my food with a huge Coke and after a few minutes got my food left and went on my way. To my surprise I should’ve known that it was only going to be downhill from the beginning with all the waiting I open my burger wrapper and my sandwich was smashed and falling apart the corn dog was overcooked the fries were the only decent thing about the meal. I was hoping as I stuck the straw into the cup that some nice satisfying Coke would make me feel better about this catastrophe of a visit to cookout but sadly the Coke was watered-down and did not taste at all like the normal cokes I get from cookout. Highly dissatisfied and sad I wasted my lunch hour and money for such poor food. Do you your self a favor and go to the cookout on battleground or another restaurant in general.

Nope! Twice in same 10 minutes! I give them two stars simply because the 2 cashiers were incredibly nice. The food is terrible my cookout style hot dogs was burnt. I tried to eat it but the burnt part of the hot dog was too overbearing and that's all the flavor that was in my mouth. They did replace with a second cookout style hot dog but it was burnt. Plus it had no taste. The chili and coleslaw tasted bland. And the coleslaw was room temperature. It didn't have that coolness or fresh taste when it merged together with the warm chili on the hot dog. Tasteless. I will never go there again. Location on Summit.
