Service department is a scam. I took my pilot in for an oil change was told that I needed to replace all four brakes immediately because I would be in danger without fixing. I asked how much it cost and was told $2,500.00. I smelled something wasn't right, so I declined. I immediately took my car to a local mechanic down the street on Valley Blvd for a second opinion. Guess what. They found nothing wrong with brakes. Not going back to Goudy Honda again

This place has the worst customer service ever. Do not buy Honda from this place because it is not reliable. I bought my 2017 brand new hatchback from this place. It had an A/C issue since the first day. It only had 23k miles now and I already came here to repair for 4 times and they never fixed the issue. 1st time they said it was caused my compressor, and the 2nd time said it was caused by condenser. 3rd time was condenser again and then 4th time was caused by something was leaking. Last time they wanted to charge me $800.00 because my warranty expired. I decided to go to a local repair shop and they told me it was because of the condenser. They fixed my car and my car was ok for 2 years then condenser broke again. I checked an article it mentioned it was a well-known issue and Honda had a recall. I called this place and they said they extend the condenser’s warranty to 10 years. I bring my car in today. They said they will have to charge an inspection fee for $196.00 even with the extend warranty. Last time the local repair shop only charged me around $200.00 to repair the condenser. Just do not waste your time with this place. Their technician does not know what they are doing, customer service is horrible, and their car is terrible. My Toyota never had any issues.

Ivan, from the service department helped me out. I came in 20minutes before closing and him along with the mechanics were, extremely helpful, and understanding with my schedule they were able to have the car ready that same day. I do not go to any other Honda service besides this location. Amazing service and I always as for Ivan, he really does care about his customers.

Came here yesterday with my parents. Tried many dealerships thinking we will walk away with a car I needed for work. So many disappointments. But when we came to Goudy Honda, I felt not like a costumer but a friend/family. They helped me and my parents out. We found a nice car and they helped us out on getting a deal. I visited 6 dealerships in a month prior to arriving to Goudy Honda. All other dealers where unwilling to work a deal. As the last dealer on my list, I arrived at Goudy. Pete and his staff from the beginning made sure I was taken care of. Tim made sure I was well informed with the vehicle and different models in inventory. He made sure I was well informed with the vehicle I was interested prior to my purchase. They worked with me in crunching the numbers and got the greatest deal!! By far over the top service I have ever experienced in my 4 prior vehicle purchases. Don’t get fooled by the largest sellers in the world or the biggest. Richard and David at Goudy Honda were fantastic! We walked in not expecting to purchase a vehicle but Richard introduced us to a few that we may be interested in. I have been going to Goudy Honda since I bought my Honda Pilot back in 2019. About a year ago, I started working with a new Service Advisor, Sader Gonzalez. His level of customer service is out of this world. He communicates extremely well and responds to calls and texts in a timely manner. I just took my Pilot in for service and there were some issues. He made arrangements with my extended warranty company and has made time to follow up with them to have my claim approved even though they have been giving him the runaround. Thanks Sader for the commitment. On another note, I bought the windshield wiper inserts and did not know how to replace them on my own. I walked into pick up my vehicle this morning and Service Advisor Leo was extremely helpful. He took a few moments of his time to assist me with my dilemma. Genuinely took the time even though he is not my usual advisor. Thanks Leo. I really love Goudy Honda's customer service. Thank you for all you do.
