Terrible customer service from Gustavo today. I've never waited over an hour just to, pick up my vehicle. I know it was intentional because I did not agree to have a major service done. After, coming to this dealer for over five years, I won't be returning back. Definitely, wish Alberto would have been here, he is always professional & helpful.

Over two weeks they had my car. Just kept telling to replace a part just to be told it wasn't the problem! Told me again to replace another part. Finally called and spoke to the GM and turns out I didn't need the part and miraculously got my car fixed by the following day. Carl from the service department just kept saying " my technician says we need to replace this part " Makes no sense - you run diagnostics to figure where the problem is not just keep replacing parts! Crooks- I should of believed the reviews that were left before! Everybody needs to Submit a complaint to corporate if this happens to you as well.

I'm reviewing Jonathan, the internet salesman. I had an EV6 on hold with them but found a different model at another dealership. Before I had found the other car, Jonathan was very helpful with all the questions I had. Very quick to respond to all my questions and was obviously disappointed that I did not go through with the purchase but he was still helpful. Gave me advice on what to ask of the other dealer to make sure that I do not get ripped off. I'm hoping the deal I am currently working on goes through but if it does not I will come back to Kia of Alhambra to purchase an EV6. If they will have me, of course. lol.

Awesome service! 2019 Kia Niro EV check engine light on. The guys did the diagnosis and repair very quickly and efficiently (some TBS). During the repair, Kia paid for the car rental (Toyota Carola) and helped with transportation. Special thanks to Carl C! Great job! Thank you!

This is unfortunate to write but this dealership has been nothing but a nightmare. They don't take responsibility for anything and don't bother to take any calls. I've been trying to handle a matter for some time now but have been having a hard time. They need better service and stop just thinking about the $$$. Very greedy people working at this Kia of Alhambra Dealership. If I could give no stars and tell you this on the phone I would but you guys don't answer.

Oscar was the best at communicating and just getting to the BOTTOM LINE. NO GIMMICKS and very UPFRONT about PRICING. I can't say enough good things about KIA of Alhambra. If you need a new car this is where to go. Yes I did bring my own financing but they were very good about giving me all options. The whole process took like 15 minutes. And YES DELIVERY. Shout out to Gus and the entire team at Kia of Alhambra! I just got back from taking my Forte to get a recall issue fixed. I was dreading to go but they made the whole experience easy and smooth! they were all super friendly, always with a smile, professional and quick. They estimated my car to be ready 1.5 - 2 hrs. My car was done literally in under that time! they had it ready in about 1 hr!! and the frosting on the cake was a free car wash!! whereas Kia of Downtown took longer and didn't even provide a car wash. I'm so happy I came to this location, I will always come here from now on. It has been a long time since I've been this satisfied and happy with a customer service. I highly recommend this location to Kia owners! Thanks guys!! 🙂

By far the best service I have ever received in a service department!!! Not only did I get an appointment as soon as the next day, but when I arrived I only waited a couple of minutes to be seen. Steve my advisor was very attentive and friendly. He set up a Lyft for me to get to work, had my car washed and was pulling up as soon as I arrived to pick up my car, he personally walked me to the cashier. He explained my multipoint inspection and answered all my questions. I would give 10 stars if I could. So impressed!

Bought my Kia here in 2019 and this team has taken care of me. Leaving another review and highly recommend Steven as a service advisor. He’s always taken care of what’s needed and communicated all details. I recently had two flats and the closest Kia was in Carson, something didn’t feel right after a week and came by and got a full car story! Thanks for always making this easy!
