Took our 2021 Honda Accord EX-L Hybrid in for its first service appointment. Oil change, tire rotation as needed. Was meet and greeted by a greeter when I pulled up to the service area who was polite and filled out card - showed me where to go to advisor desk. Overall process went well and staff was great. Waited in waiting room area which was clean. Check out was quick as was card pick up. Over all very good service.

Such a great service experience! Took my vehicle in for service and parts this past week, and I was extremely impressed with this place. Very clean, organized, well-run, well-trained place & staff. Service advisor Anthony S. was a pro and genuinely cared. Coffee machine and waiting area was great. Only suggestion: other service centers have ability to text message advisor for brief updates...instead of wasting time calling and not getting through.

I was late to my appointment, but Kai was waiting and ready when I came. He helped me through the check-in process and was very easy to communicate with. My van was finished sooner than estimated, which surprised me. When Kai saw me come to pay for my van, he made sure to have it ready before the cashier was able to call for it. Great experience!

My sales person, Ryan was professional and extremely helpful. I have been looking for a vehicle since March 19th. I went to several other dealerships in the area and nobody was as helpful. I informed him of the vehicle I was looking for and he put name on the car that was going to be shipped to the dealership. Within 3 days my car arrived. I went in and the paperwork was quick. The finance department was also very fast and efficient. I was so happy I went to this dealership. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. I love my new Honda Accord!

I can't say enough about the customer service I received from Adriano. He not only worked with me to get a price I was happy with but was so patient and helpful with all my questions. All I can say is wow and the only reason they are even getting one star is because Tony in sales is perfect. I’ve bought my last 3 cars from him and this location and everything had been smooth.. up until now. I sold my car back to them on the 8th of January and have not yet received my check for the payment a month later but they have the audacity to then list my car up for sale on their website which means they have everything they need to send me the remaining balance. What a slap in the face.Good luck trying to get in contact with Derek from finance. Guess he’s never there because I always get directed to his voicemail and he never returns phone calls. Chatting with them online does nothing as well. So at this point Honda is now going to make their money off of my car but have kept me in the dark about getting my money. After the 3 times purchasing vehicles there I can confidently say I will NEVER do business with them again. Horrible customer service.

It's refreshing to experience great customer service at a dealership. With most dealership getting a bad stigma as not the place you go for customer service you'll find it, and experience it at DCH. From my initial phone call with Jeff (sales manager) to Kobe the (sales consultant) I never felt pressured to commit to anything. With the shortage of Hybrid vehicles I was extremely happy to find one and receive a great deal. The team at DCH are a busy crew. The word is getting out on how good they are as during my process several families arrived looking for vehicles. Every single staff member at DCH would quickly ask if they where being assisted. Kobe took the time during my process just to say hello and welcome to those families. I believe it goes along way when that is done. And I didn't mind it one bit when he did. You'll not be disappointed with DCH and it's worth the drive if your not from the area. I drove down from North county and would drive from further with how great the team is at DCH.
