5 Best used car dealer in San Diego, California (CA) 2024

I recently took my car to their service department as there was noise coming from my car’s front axle. I dropped my car off on Monday, I was told it won’t be looked at till late Wednesday which was fine. I then called on Friday to check, the advisor mentioned the car hasn’t entered their shop yet, i then told him that’s fine I’ll just stop by tomorrow to pick it up. I arrived and had to wait for over 20 minutes to pull my car, then I saw how dirty and dusty it is. I have NEVER seen a dealership gives back a car in that condition, it looked like it was abandoned for years. My car was clean as I always have it in a garage. I called their service department and left a message for the service manager and he didn’t call me back. Very disappointed with their level of service especially coming from such a reputable brand such as Mercedes Benz. ~Karim

It's refreshing to experience great customer service at a dealership. With most dealership getting a bad stigma as not the place you go for customer service you'll find it, and experience it at DCH. From my initial phone call with Jeff (sales manager) to Kobe the (sales consultant) I never felt pressured to commit to anything. With the shortage of Hybrid vehicles I was extremely happy to find one and receive a great deal. The team at DCH are a busy crew. The word is getting out on how good they are as during my process several families arrived looking for vehicles. Every single staff member at DCH would quickly ask if they where being assisted. Kobe took the time during my process just to say hello and welcome to those families. I believe it goes along way when that is done. And I didn't mind it one bit when he did. You'll not be disappointed with DCH and it's worth the drive if your not from the area. I drove down from North county and would drive from further with how great the team is at DCH. Saying that I’m extremely satisfied with the process of purchasing my vehicle at Kearny Mesa Toyota is an understatement. The process was easy and straightforward. Their customer service and phone calls I received throughout this process were adequate and friendly, not rushed or time consuming. In addition to their outstanding service, their trade-in process was the most accurate and fair process I had ever experienced. They provided a good and fair price for my trade-in (better than most other dealerships I previously visited).
