7 Best oil change service in San Diego, California (CA) 2024

After getting a $10k quote from the dealer in Carlsbad for my transmission repair and a host of other repairs that were unnecessary, I took my 4Runner to Sam who diagnosed the issue promptly and gave me more than one option to repair or replace my aging transmission. He was honest, upfront, and on time with his quote and services, actually ahead of schedule on the repair. Sam charged me exactly what we agreed upon and was a pleasure to deal with. I recently took my car to their service department as there was noise coming from my car’s front axle. I dropped my car off on Monday, I was told it won’t be looked at till late Wednesday which was fine. I then called on Friday to check, the advisor mentioned the car hasn’t entered their shop yet, i then told him that’s fine I’ll just stop by tomorrow to pick it up. I arrived and had to wait for over 20 minutes to pull my car, then I saw how dirty and dusty it is. I have NEVER seen a dealership gives back a car in that condition, it looked like it was abandoned for years. My car was clean as I always have it in a garage. I called their service department and left a message for the service manager and he didn’t call me back. Very disappointed with their level of service especially coming from such a reputable brand such as Mercedes Benz. ~Karim

It's refreshing to experience great customer service at a dealership. With most dealership getting a bad stigma as not the place you go for customer service you'll find it, and experience it at DCH. From my initial phone call with Jeff (sales manager) to Kobe the (sales consultant) I never felt pressured to commit to anything. With the shortage of Hybrid vehicles I was extremely happy to find one and receive a great deal. The team at DCH are a busy crew. The word is getting out on how good they are as during my process several families arrived looking for vehicles. Every single staff member at DCH would quickly ask if they where being assisted. Kobe took the time during my process just to say hello and welcome to those families. I believe it goes along way when that is done. And I didn't mind it one bit when he did. You'll not be disappointed with DCH and it's worth the drive if your not from the area. I drove down from North county and would drive from further with how great the team is at DCH. Saying that I’m extremely satisfied with the process of purchasing my vehicle at Kearny Mesa Toyota is an understatement. The process was easy and straightforward. Their customer service and phone calls I received throughout this process were adequate and friendly, not rushed or time consuming. In addition to their outstanding service, their trade-in process was the most accurate and fair process I had ever experienced. They provided a good and fair price for my trade-in (better than most other dealerships I previously visited). I did 89.99 hand wax detailing. But my car wasn't clean. Because look at the picture. Why are the dirty stains still there? Have you ever not seen it while using wax? Or is it because it's annoying to clean again? The staff negotiated a $10 discount like something special. So I had a hand wax. and Wipe Dash & Console are also included, but not clean at all. How much do I have to pay to get a clean car? 80 dollars not enough?I'm also doubtful that the hand wax was actually done. ~m

I was hesitant at first, I thought it might be too pricey, but this station would be most convenient for me to get the work done at. I talked with Scott and he quoted me a price on a new starter motor. I called around to four other shops. All gave roughly the same price. Had my car towed in here late on Thursday afternoon. The tow driver said he has towed to this shop before and that they do good work. I was a bit worried it wouldn't even get seen before late Friday as I saw they were very busy, but they also had a lot of techs working. I dropped off the keys and went home. They called me before 10 am the next morning to inform me my car was finished and ready. It blew my mind with how fast the turn around was. Car is running great and I haven't had an issue with it since. I am very happy with my experience and I will be going back for any future needs. I recommend this shop. ~Coyote858
