Best car finance and loan company in San Diego, California (CA) 2024

I recently took my car to their service department as there was noise coming from my car’s front axle. I dropped my car off on Monday, I was told it won’t be looked at till late Wednesday which was fine. I then called on Friday to check, the advisor mentioned the car hasn’t entered their shop yet, i then told him that’s fine I’ll just stop by tomorrow to pick it up. I arrived and had to wait for over 20 minutes to pull my car, then I saw how dirty and dusty it is. I have NEVER seen a dealership gives back a car in that condition, it looked like it was abandoned for years. My car was clean as I always have it in a garage. I called their service department and left a message for the service manager and he didn’t call me back. Very disappointed with their level of service especially coming from such a reputable brand such as Mercedes Benz. ~Karim

Saying that I’m extremely satisfied with the process of purchasing my vehicle at Kearny Mesa Toyota is an understatement. The process was easy and straightforward. Their customer service and phone calls I received throughout this process were adequate and friendly, not rushed or time consuming. In addition to their outstanding service, their trade-in process was the most accurate and fair process I had ever experienced. They provided a good and fair price for my trade-in (better than most other dealerships I previously visited).
