This was my first time taking my Prius to get service done at Mossy Toyota. I was in the area and figured I would get my service done at this location. Eddie was my service advisor and he made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. The service provided by Eddie was hands down the best service that I have received from any Toyota Dealership. Eddie was very professional and engaged in conversation that made it feel very comfortable with the services that needed to be performed. Although it is out of my way, I will be taking my car here from now on. Thanks for the awesome service Eddie!

In 2019 I purchased a 2015 Toyota Camry from Mossy Toyota. Luis Lopez was the salesman who did an excellent job. Today I stopped in the dealership due to my front end splash guards hanging close to the ground due to 4 broken clips after hitting a high parking curb. Luis was extremely helpful and brought me to Eddie in the service dept. It took Eddie 30 seconds to diagnose the problem and then brought us to Michael in Parts to get the clips. Eddie did the work himself and had the car ready in under 15 minutes. Three nicer guys I could have never met. All three were professional, courteous and helpful. An unfortunate experience hitting the curb turned into very pleasant experience at Mossy Toyota. 5 stars.

We bought a used 2021 RAV4 Prime in pretty good condition. We paid top dollar, over 60k. It took a few days for us to pick up the car because they needed to detail it. When we finally picked it up, they didn't have the Car Charger and they only gave us ONE key. So after one week of ownership, we finally got the charger...the purpose of having an sustainable EV car is to be able to charge the car at home so you can drive it. Good Customer Service is getting 2 keys with the purchase of a car from a dealership...new or used. Just like the charger, if you don't have a 2nd key, the dealer has the ability to order one. It didn't say in the contract how many keys come with the car. But I'm sorry, I believe in good old customer courtesy and a car should come with 2 keys especially if you are paying over 60K for your car from a dealer that can just order one. This dealership is all about the sale and not the customer service. We will not be buying a car here again nor are we going to have the regular maintenance preformed here or at any other Mossy dealership. Very dissatisfied with Mossy.

Joe Gonzalez makes service on my Camry a breeze! He communicates at every step of the way and keeps me updated as my vehicle is being serviced, so all I have to do is kick back and catch up on work while I wait in the lobby. Setting up an appointment is super easy! Everyone here is great but Joe stands out! Also, their car wash is a great addition to this dealership!

Thank you for taking the time, and trying to work with me. However the one star review is demanding that unless I take the service plan the loan isn't profitable enough for you. (Lease Buyout) Adding 45% more to the total cost of the loan. I understand my situation and know what I needed. Kearny Mesa Toyota understood and worked with me I now have three years less on a loan and save over 450 dollars a month from what you offered. One star service, five stars for the motivation to go somewhere else.

I bought my car here and have been having it serviced for years, and I will keep coming back. The Service Advisor Brian Robitalle is so great, he always remembers me and greets me like a friend. When I get my car services it feels like I'm visiting a cool neighbor. He keeps me updated on my car, is a great communicator, tells me my options, and is so helpful. Thanks Brian!

This place Mossy Toyota deserves 0 star at the most. I went there for leak inspection. After one hour, the service advisor told me that no leaks were found. I wanted to know whether they tried to detect leaks professionally, meaning using dyes. He said for that I had to leave my car over night. Next day, he called me that they found power steering pump leak. I paid $190. Several days later, I still saw new fresh oil spot in my garage after power steering pump replacement. I went to the service advisor for that. He told me that another $190 for inspection. He came back and told me that they found leaks from oil pan. I asked him that why they did not see oil pan leak just several days ago. He told me that the mechanic did not see that. HOW!!! The oil pan leak is totally unlikely to just happen!!! So, I paid inspection $$$ again. This was not the first time. I had this kind of their practice there before. They seemed not to tell you what is really wrong unless you fix problems there!!! They take $190 like we can just give away to them!!! Very unprofessional to say the least.

Flat out the best car buying experience you’re going to get. These guys are the best of the best and if this isn’t Toyota’s flagship dealership, it should be. Don’t take my word for it, do your research, but I chose to travel over 500 miles to get my car here and I couldn’t be happier. Shout out to Danny who made everything happen. He even picked me up from the airport on his day off is his personal car and it legit felt like I was meeting up with a friend hadn’t seen in a few years. He even had a mattress hit his car while we were driving on the freeway and I got to commend him on handling it like a champ. A lot of people would have gotten into an accident in that situation. He said it was okay, but Gina if you’re reading this can you get the service manager to look at his front bumper?(passenger side) The mounting brackets for the fender lining were definitely broken and I suspect it sustained more damage than it looks from the outside. Getting a used car from these guys felt like getting a brand new car. They handled everything over the phone and even picked me up at the airport and paid for the gas home. The car was absolutely top notch, and let me tell you, driving 575 miles home the confidence I had in the car after seeing the dealership and meeting the people made the drive so much less stressful. It of course made the drive flawlessly and while I’m not necessarily looking forward to purchasing another car again soon, I do look forward to getting my next Toyota from Mossy.

I just wanted to give a nice review for Dennis for helping me lease my new 2021 Toyota Camry xse hybrid. We had called in the morning regarding my application for financing as I am a new business owner and I am not sure how to go about buying / leasing a new car being self employed and Dennis answered the phone and made an appointment for us to come in and see the car with no compromise. Well, I fell in love with the car and he did everything he could to make sure we got the deal we had hoped for! The whole staff was awesome and friendly as well and did not try to force you to do any add on packages if you did not want to as other dealerships tend to do :-)
