Go else where, so frustrating how none of the employees know what’s going on and what a sloppy job, I left to my self- service car wash to finish detailing myself, that’s how bad of a job they did. Waste of money and time

The people were nice but ultimately the service was terrible. I took my car in to have a spot removed from the interior, and paint is now chipping off my car. The photo is from when I returned to my car but the chipping has only gotten worse. When I told them about this they basically said, " not our problem". Now I have to pay 4 times as much to fix the paint on top of the already expensive spot removal. In addition to the new paint chipping, there were still smudges on my windshield, and the interior was extremely greasy to the touch. The feeling of chemicals was all over my interior. Again, the staff was kind but I will NEVER bring my car here again. Services: Seat shampooing, Full body wash, Auto detailing

Wow hahah the attendants are soooooooo nice like out of this world nice almost like you’re in a movie but they clean a car as if they’ve got handcuffs and a blindfold on. If you want to pay not so much money and not have your car cleaned even in the slightest, then this is the place for you.

$400+ in damages to my car, and they will not reimburse me. I would leave zero stars if possible. I brought my car in for a wash. The cleaners broke the hinge on my cupholder. When I brought this to their attention, they epoxied it. The epoxy wore off several months later, so I brought my car back and asked them to re-fix the cupholder. While doing so, the cleaners smeared epoxy on the trim piece surrounding by cup holder. They then scratched the same trim piece while attempting to remove the epoxy. My center console now looks like a mess. Honda quoted me over $400 to fix it, and the manager, Cameron, refuses to reimburse me, saying his guys are obviously "not experts" at epoxy. Weak. Do not go to this car wash. They are so unprofessional. They backed our car into a parked car and caused a dent. When my husband went over to look they said it was “already there” before they had cleaned it.. this was as they were quickly wiping the black paint from the other car off. They did not take any responsibility and just simply did not care. No refund. Nothing. There are many other car wash places in the area, so I would strongly encourage you to go there instead. — the reply below is a LIE. My husband never watched surveillance footage because he was told the cameras don’t work when he asked. I stand by my review 1000% and as mentioned this place takes no responsibility! It’s quite clear from this review page they don’t because any negative feedback they blame the customer and make excuses for what is simply just a poor business that needs to do better. Very bad job, they oversold me and they didn’t perform, I show them a few Spots at the check in, the guy charge almost double to “fix” after 3 hours the job was very poor. The seats they just put a greasy liquid instead of clean in the leather. It took the manager 15 min to show up and just gave us all kind of excuses, I ask to talk to the guy that received the car and oversold us and he gave more excuses . Just look at the pictures in the review, I don’t understand how a business like this is still in existence. They refuse to give me any refund or credit. Even the windows have spots . Today was my first time visiting. The employee who helped me was awesome and very patient. I'm a new driver, so he guided me onto the car wash track and helped to make my experience a really memorable one for my first car wash. I should have tipped him, but I didn't think about it until now. I'll be back to visit later for more services, the young lady at the register was very nice also. I like the staff here, I recommend it.

Found scratches on both side mirrors after the car wash. Should have read the review before going cuz many customers reported their steering wheel and hood, etc got scratched. The owner refuses to take any responsibilty claiming its none of their fault. Well honesty goes a long way business owners.

I just picked up my car after having the inside detailed. Jorge made it look like a new car, just wonderful! When I noticed a couple of spots that were missed, he immediately took care of it right away. Jorge also added that if I notice anything that needs a touch up in the next few days, to bring the car back and he would do it for me. Throughout the experience he was professional, friendly and responsive. Thank you Jorge, I will be back in the future :) Service: Auto detailing
