The team at Prestige were professional and very communicative. They offered immediate solutions to issues they found with a written estimate. They also broke down future suggested maintenance so I could take a look at the whole picture. They showed their concern for my best interests and safety . Got a battery at auto zone, guy behind the counter said his buddy owns/worked here. Brought it by to get installed. Took about an hour and a half. Charged me around $80. Kept getting low voltage alarms afterwards. Took it to my usual garage and had it taken care of properly. Not a bad place, just sticking with my usual place.

I did 89.99 hand wax detailing. But my car wasn't clean. Because look at the picture. Why are the dirty stains still there? Have you ever not seen it while using wax? Or is it because it's annoying to clean again? The staff negotiated a $10 discount like something special. So I had a hand wax. and Wipe Dash & Console are also included, but not clean at all. How much do I have to pay to get a clean car? 80 dollars not enough?I'm also doubtful that the hand wax was actually done.

The attendant at car wash is plight, always with a smile. The service for car wash is great! The employees cleaned inside out thoroughly, without taking to long. The lounge area is comfortable. The breezeway has benches , nice place to watch the carwash happening. There's informative plaques along the wall in the breezeway/walk through, with very impressive information about the company. I highly recommend this place.

Worth the $$$! We got the works and it looks and smells like a brand new car again. A true night and day difference in barely 2 hours! Very happy with the leather detailing and clay bar results... almost a week later and results still look brand new😎

Dang, I was really hoping this was going to be good! I just had my car fully detailed by another company and was super shiny and I just wanted to take off some of the dust off the car to bring back the shine… it came out SUPER scratched☹️.. safe to say the reviews were right.. got the 59 dollar wash. Interior cleaning was subpar

Wow if there was a rating above 5 stars they would receive it me and my wife just made a 1500 mile trip down the coast And this place did an amazing job they got our 1995 Chevy Van pristine clean and ready for the sunshine of San Diego

I went in for a car wash and paid an extra $30 for customized focus on the interior. After paying $60 and waiting 40 minutes, the entire back half of my car hadn’t even been touched! It was filthy! Dirt and crumbs everywhere, and the vinyl seat wasn’t even swiped with a cloth. I used an armorall wet wipe I had in my car and gave it a quick swipe when I got back to my office and you can see all the dirt it picked up. I’m so disappointed in the extra money I paid for nothing. Services: Auto interior vacuuming, Full body wash

I had a horrible experience with this car wash detailer. I am writing this review because I would like to warn others that may or may not experience the same. Please take this review as a serious warning. On Saturday I purchased a car and brought it 2 minutes away to Prestige car wash to have the the seats steamed cleaned, car wash, and the interior vinyl shined. I dropped the vehicle off around 2:20pm and picked up the vehicle at 5:15pm. Upon my review of the car I noted to the employees that the windshield was cracked. I asked for the manager and the employees became hostile stating it was not there responsibility. I contacted the police and they arrived and did a police report. unfortunately, the employees took off when I mentioned that the cops were on the way as someone who is running from the law or possible an illegal immigrant would do. I contacted the manager of Prestige auto wash only to get an explanation from the manager that they are not responsible to repair the windshield that I should have known on Saturday it was a hot day and their carwash water can cause the windshield to split. I asked him I wasn't interested in a lecture and just wanted to know if he would fix the damaged that was caused. His response was a defiant no. Even had my wife call the manager to see if I heard him correctly. Both of us were given the answer by the manager that Prestige is not responsible for damaged caused. We are good people taken advantage of by Prestige car wash. Here are the pictures of the car before and after damage, and the employees running away when the police were on the way. I'm certain that this was an accident, just doesn't sit well with me that Prestige automotive and Auto wash doesn't take responsibility. Again, this bad review may be singular or perhaps a constant problem that customers have with this company. You have been warned. Response to the owner: I wanted to point out that owner said the vehicle was salvage. No it was not. Clean title. I dont know how you got that idea. This carwash is expensive and does sloppy work. The owner will do anything to get out of doing repairs. All we know there was no cracks when we left the care in there car. Upon return we notice the broken windshield. To this day he still refuses to give us the name of his insurance. Insurance companies decide who's at fault not the owner. He flat out said im not going to pay you to fix the windshield but your welcome to come down and ill educate you why if its a hot day you run the risk of your windshield cracking. What a lame excuse.
