The leadership in this location are very policy driven and not customer focused. They tend to rattle off policies that are not posted for the customer and the can’t show in any literature, but they stand firm on them. Not very good for the brand or the customer.

Competitive price on gas but the layout...bring a lot of patience

I travel for work all over San Diego County, so I’ve stopped at a lot of different Costco Gas Stations. This one, hands down, is the worst one. All of Costco Gas Stations are busy, but this one has no organization and at least five different entries for traffic to enter through. This makes it congested and extremely dangerous. I will be marking this one to never come back to. Costco - you really should have it setup with only one entry point and guide the traffic so it’s safer.

Love this station. The employees are great and it’s always clean. My only complaint is the entrance/exit situation, but I know they can’t do anything about that without major renovations. Hopefully that eventually gets solved, but despite that little hang up, this is still my go to station.

I love Costco gas prices and I abhor the people who buy gas there. If your time is SO important/valuable that you need to weave in and out of the tightly packed forecourt to save a few seconds, perhaps you can spare a few extra cents to buy your gas somewhere else with shorter lines, and in turn spare everyone else from suffering your obnoxiousness.

Wait time is long and I don't like when the station attendants wave cars to cut in on open pumps in front of you. Makes it difficult to navigate through the lines.

Always crowded but there are plenty of lanes and stalls so the line actually moves quit quickly. I tend to stick towards the lanes on the far left or far right, for some reason people always go down the middle. Crowds are a little less if you go early in the morning.

Just like the store is great... Lines move fast even through they are long at times.. But the gas is the best price in town

Great prices, clean and organized. Plan on a little wait of 15 minutes. Just put on your “Patience Hat” or bring something to work on while waiting in line and all will be fine🤓

Even if the lines look line it moves quickly. The pumps are normally always in good order and you cant beat the prices. I try to never go anywhere else for my gas.
