This is a great Costco. Friendly staff, excellent selection. I outfitted my new apartment with a lot of merchandise from here. I’ll definitely continue to visit. It’s often packed, but what Costco isn’t? The gas is much more affordable here than nearby gas stations. I highly recommend this Costco. ~Walker

The people were nice but ultimately the service was terrible. I took my car in to have a spot removed from the interior, and paint is now chipping off my car. The photo is from when I returned to my car but the chipping has only gotten worse. When I told them about this they basically said, " not our problem". Now I have to pay 4 times as much to fix the paint on top of the already expensive spot removal. In addition to the new paint chipping, there were still smudges on my windshield, and the interior was extremely greasy to the touch. The feeling of chemicals was all over my interior. Again, the staff was kind but I will NEVER bring my car here again. Services: Seat shampooing, Full body wash, Auto detailing ~Kip

I travel for work all over San Diego County, so I’ve stopped at a lot of different Costco Gas Stations. This one, hands down, is the worst one. All of Costco Gas Stations are busy, but this one has no organization and at least five different entries for traffic to enter through. This makes it congested and extremely dangerous. I will be marking this one to never come back to. Costco - you really should have it setup with only one entry point and guide the traffic so it’s safer. ~Jamie

UPATE! last time I went there in the evening, I got a coffee I had to work late, when I took a drink I threw it up outside my car on the side of a street! I had tasted of urn cleanser! I used to work in a coffee shop, I know the smell, I called and a shift changed happened and the new guy said I could come back and get another coffee, it would have still tasted the same. I called corporate because I or someone else could have gotten even sicker, the guy apologized and said he could give me 7/11 points for another med sized coffee. LOL, the best he could do was get me 2 cups. now my son called later to toy with him and made up some lame thing like there was gum on the floor and the same guy was going to give him even more amount of points, but my son just hung up. I get poisoned!? and another thing, They NEVER have coffee late at night, not even regular, I work nights and that's my neighborhood 7/11. I did buy a coffee maker. It I don't know why anyone would give this 7/11 less than 4 stars, since their grand re-opening, I have found the staff to be so friendly and nice, and they always make me laugh! This is my go to place for coffee! They had a 3-day free drink special for Halloween(?) So I tried the hazelnut latte, and flat white, I can honestly say it was better than Starbucks. It's my boys fave. As well ~Lisa

I was in a big hurry and the first pump I parked at would not work at all and then the second one would Work but once I selected fuel type it wouldn’t pump fuel. ~Evan

Super friendly staff, they always have a smile on their face there, I visit them all the time and always joke and play with them, it's that cool of an environment.. but unfortunately, their gas prices are like everybody else's, so I'd rather come here for my gas, because I get such great friendly service.. nice clean bathroom too.. they still have not sold me my winning lottery ticket yet, so that would be my only complaint to management.. ~James
