San Diego Car Care

The people were nice but ultimately the service was terrible. I took my car in to have a spot removed from the interior, and paint is now chipping off my car. The photo is from when I returned to my car but the chipping has only gotten worse. When I told them about this they basically said, " not our problem". Now I have to pay 4 times as much to fix the paint on top of the already expensive spot removal. In addition to the new paint chipping, there were still smudges on my windshield, and the interior was extremely greasy to the touch. The feeling of chemicals was all over my interior. Again, the staff was kind but I will NEVER bring my car here again. Services: Seat shampooing, Full body wash, Auto detailing ~Kip

Laurel Pacific Gas (Valero)

Gas station is usually clean but staff there it's just not nice. Specially a short lady who's always yelling and if you want to use the bathroom she will actually ask for your proof of purchase ( 10 on gas or 5 in store) even when YOU just paid her. literally. Staff on shell across the street are way nicer. Plus gas tends to be over priced here. Not worth it at all. Gas is pricey and staff is not friendly most of the times. ( not all of them, but most of them ) ~Fernando

San Diego Car Care

Wow. So impressed with San Diego Car Care. I am getting ready to move and I had scheduled a detail which canceled at the last moment. I had no options on such short notice, so stopped by San Diego Car Carr for the first time. I selected an option for about $35. The whole process from the lady who coordinates those who work there, to Ramona the cashier, to the people who actually vacuumed and cleaned my car it was just top-notch. My car looks excellent, is super clean and they took the time to get into the crevices and everything so I start my trip fresh. Highly recommend. ~Diana

Soapy Joe's Car Wash - Mission Gorge

If I could give zero stars I would. July 31st at 3:30pm I came to get my car washed. No scratches on my bumper, my car is not a low car either. Just moved here from Sacramento and already spent $300 earlier today to fix the starter in my car. Towards the end of the car wash me and my passenger saw something in front of my car and thought it was a part of the car wash until we got out and the entire bumper was under my car. I go to car washes every month, like Quick Quack and have NEVER like how do you even explain this? How is this company so careless with their customers property. I left crying barely able to even fit my bumper in my car to take home. At least I got 2 free car smellies and a ripped off bumper. People in the office took it as a joke and didn’t even reimburse me for the car wash. I really hope this company will do something for me and no I don’t want free car washes in your sketchy car wash. Do not give this place your business. I NEVER write bad reviews of places, this is a first. Imagine you just want to get your car washed and are left in tears with a broken scratched up bumper and insides of your car hanging out and 10 less dollars. Really careless behavior. ~Tori

Prestige Autowash & Automotive

I did 89.99 hand wax detailing. But my car wasn't clean. Because look at the picture. Why are the dirty stains still there? Have you ever not seen it while using wax? Or is it because it's annoying to clean again? The staff negotiated a $10 discount like something special. So I had a hand wax. and Wipe Dash & Console are also included, but not clean at all. How much do I have to pay to get a clean car? 80 dollars not enough?I'm also doubtful that the hand wax was actually done. ~m
