This is an AM/PM. Thus it serves AM/PM type products. You know the type. String cheese, Doritos, etc. The staff is older generally. That's good and bad. Good in that they show up for work, may get to know you, and if you're lucky even give you that knowing look when some hotel guest stumbles in acting foolish. Bad in that they can be slow on the registers. Depends on the cashier of course. And how many lottery tickets person in front of you is trying to buy. This AM/PM is open 24 hours. And they have Jalapeño Ranch SmartPop. ~Justin

Some of the cheapest gas near the UCSD campus with good and filling food as well, unlike the location across from Aladdin's. ~Pat

I worked down the street cleaning ambulances for two and half years. During the pandemic, after I had to clean the Covid Ambulances I would bring them here to get gas. Going to this Gas Station nearly everyday I want to say that every time I went there would be at least one person taking out the trash, wiping the counters, or wiping down the door handles. I think the staff does a great job! ~Biojason

Worst experience ever I ask for the bathroom being a customer and the girl at the cash register answered can’t you read and from that point she went on being ruder and cussing me out. Todays date is 6/17/22 time is 7:30pm ~s

After several experiences at this location I will never go back. The day time staff is incompetent, unwilling, and incredibly passive aggressive. Having spent a couple hundred dollars there in the last week, I expected some level of recognition, but I can no longer endure the disrespectful behavior the employees exhibit. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS. ~Garratt

This gas stations a riff off. Doesn't accept credit so to charge for debit charge. The pump says 27cent charge for debit but won't accept CC to make you go inside and pay higher 35cent debit fee. ~Lb2Shay

The staff is outstanding, I don't even live here but Faye remembered helping my wife and I set up our accounts when we got married a couple months back. She helped clear some problems I had with my account and I left better off than when I arrived. I have never experienced customer service like that! Thank you! ~Cody

I went this bank twice and they did not have time. I decided to go to another bank but Mitchel, I think the manager, accept to open an account for me. He was so kind, patient and not only he opened my account but also he found out I do not know how to work with the application to check it, and he helped me to learn. So satisfied and I think he deserve to be the manager. Thanks to Mitchel again for his nice smile and great job. ~Parinaz

Been a customer for 30 yrs. Where do I start? The service has went downhill. This company makes their customers work harder and not smarter. The online banking mobile app is limited (please join us in the smart phone digital age UB). Over the Summer, I had one of their reps argue with me and adamantly "tell me" that when I have used Venmo, that money didn't instantly transfer within minutes. I told her yes, in fact it usually does. And I've called Venmo instant transfer and they're saying it is on the banks end if it doesn't transfer quickly. And the tone she used? I had reached out to them about a problem of me getting charged twice for a debit withdrawal and they referred me to the vendor and I was back and forth. That didn't get resolved. Now another issue has arisen for which I called them about last month. I have went between Apple Services, paypal and back to them. Now they're restricting my checking and changing it...great timing UB! My rent and other bills are due and I won't be able to use my account. That's something you all should have acted on when I called you guys some weeks ago AND NOT just before rent and my phone bill is supposed to be auto-paid. ~Suzana
