The staff is outstanding, I don't even live here but Faye remembered helping my wife and I set up our accounts when we got married a couple months back. She helped clear some problems I had with my account and I left better off than when I arrived. I have never experienced customer service like that! Thank you!

I'm not pleased with the closing of the OB Branch. Then I found out they didn't even leave us an ATM to remember them by. They were a part of the Retail Community and Good Friends. Well that's what I thought anyway?

New ATM machines are much faster. Their drive through ATM is always empty (which i love) and they train their employees so well here.

A little creepy with all the bullet proofing- a bit cold and impersonal- staff told us of frequent robberies.
