I went this bank twice and they did not have time. I decided to go to another bank but Mitchel, I think the manager, accept to open an account for me. He was so kind, patient and not only he opened my account but also he found out I do not know how to work with the application to check it, and he helped me to learn. So satisfied and I think he deserve to be the manager. Thanks to Mitchel again for his nice smile and great job.

My relationship started off kind of tough with this bank, as I had just taken over a corporation and there were issues that arose after the fact, which wasn’t their fault. But they have been very understanding and attentive to every concern and question I have . When I need to speak to them they are always helpful even going a step above to help me integrate some different buisness operations together and making my life a lot easier which is invaluable! I highly recommend Bryan, Rose, and Mitchell ( if you have buisness needs specifically, Bryan is your guy though! )

If I could give zero stars I would, specifically to this branch. The tellers at this branch accept my deposits, only to go into the weekend with no money because three different tellers admitted to “sorry I forgot to post it to your account” As well as the managers acting as it is no big deal. Very sad these people still are able to hold there jobs.

It's a small bank. There's normally a line forming outside the bank. However, there are ATM machines here, (1) drive thru (2) near the entrance door and (2) inside the bank. There's always someone here to help you including a security guard 💂♂️ who is monitoring the people that are going through the bank. Oops, I nearly forgot about that there are three more ATM machines inside the bank. Someone is always there to assist you.

This morning I came to office Clairmont,sandiego for deposit some checks ,an agent was mistaken wrong a number my account! Please carefully please, waste my time had called to agent checked. That wasn't expert helpful .Thank you so much.

Well I have to visit union bank every day because of my business, so I go to many diffrent branches and I get a chance to see the differences. I went to this one and I must say I was really disappointed. I was not satisfied with the service I got from branch manager as she was at the teller window. Very cold no customer service, no smile or hi how are you. I had a really long day was tired and just wanted to deposite and go. I stead of telling me how to fix issues we where having she just was stuck on No We Cant do that....the human interaction and warmth was so not there. I would like to never go here again but proximity makes it difficult. Luckily the rest of staff is very nice so I really try hard not to deal with manager.

Most of the employees being smiling , gentle and friendly no matter what I asked for help .I would say I like them and the professional services. Thanks to them ! By the way , I wish the coffee maker can work normally at all time.

The most irritating thing is to leave your customers on hold and to top off I just switched banks and im already having trouble with Union Bank so if I could I'd put a no star!
