31 Best convenience store in San Diego, California (CA) 2024

The people were nice but ultimately the service was terrible. I took my car in to have a spot removed from the interior, and paint is now chipping off my car. The photo is from when I returned to my car but the chipping has only gotten worse. When I told them about this they basically said, " not our problem". Now I have to pay 4 times as much to fix the paint on top of the already expensive spot removal. In addition to the new paint chipping, there were still smudges on my windshield, and the interior was extremely greasy to the touch. The feeling of chemicals was all over my interior. Again, the staff was kind but I will NEVER bring my car here again. Services: Seat shampooing, Full body wash, Auto detailing ~Kip

UPATE! last time I went there in the evening, I got a coffee I had to work late, when I took a drink I threw it up outside my car on the side of a street! I had tasted of urn cleanser! I used to work in a coffee shop, I know the smell, I called and a shift changed happened and the new guy said I could come back and get another coffee, it would have still tasted the same. I called corporate because I or someone else could have gotten even sicker, the guy apologized and said he could give me 7/11 points for another med sized coffee. LOL, the best he could do was get me 2 cups. now my son called later to toy with him and made up some lame thing like there was gum on the floor and the same guy was going to give him even more amount of points, but my son just hung up. I get poisoned!? and another thing, They NEVER have coffee late at night, not even regular, I work nights and that's my neighborhood 7/11. I did buy a coffee maker. It I don't know why anyone would give this 7/11 less than 4 stars, since their grand re-opening, I have found the staff to be so friendly and nice, and they always make me laugh! This is my go to place for coffee! They had a 3-day free drink special for Halloween(?) So I tried the hazelnut latte, and flat white, I can honestly say it was better than Starbucks. Excellent experience with the Pharmacy Staff at this location. Other customers in line were impatient and causing a ruckus, you could tell the staff were doing the best they could given the massive influx of patients and calls. Happy to continue filling my prescriptions at this location, with this team. ~Sean

I came here for a COVID Booster and the Tech, Jonathan, at the front was helpful with getting me set up. Dr. Sherwin, gave me the shot, no pain at all and he was super friendly. Great experience for me here ~Sean

This is an AM/PM. Thus it serves AM/PM type products. You know the type. String cheese, Doritos, etc. The staff is older generally. That's good and bad. Good in that they show up for work, may get to know you, and if you're lucky even give you that knowing look when some hotel guest stumbles in acting foolish. Bad in that they can be slow on the registers. Depends on the cashier of course. And how many lottery tickets person in front of you is trying to buy. This AM/PM is open 24 hours. And they have Jalapeño Ranch SmartPop. ~Justin

Some of the cheapest gas near the UCSD campus with good and filling food as well, unlike the location across from Aladdin's. ~Pat

I worked down the street cleaning ambulances for two and half years. During the pandemic, after I had to clean the Covid Ambulances I would bring them here to get gas. Going to this Gas Station nearly everyday I want to say that every time I went there would be at least one person taking out the trash, wiping the counters, or wiping down the door handles. I think the staff does a great job! ~Biojason

Worst experience ever I ask for the bathroom being a customer and the girl at the cash register answered can’t you read and from that point she went on being ruder and cussing me out. Todays date is 6/17/22 time is 7:30pm ~s
