CVS

Excellent experience with the Pharmacy Staff at this location. Other customers in line were impatient and causing a ruckus, you could tell the staff were doing the best they could given the massive influx of patients and calls. Happy to continue filling my prescriptions at this location, with this team. ~Sean

CVS

Pulled up at 11:30P. The app, website, and store signage all say open till midnight. Myself and about 15 other people walked up to locked doors, no employees, and no signage as to why they’d closed early. I understand COVID has led to staffing shortages and businesses having to close early, but if my company found out I closed my store with no signage in the window and customers had no clue as to why we were closed? Pshhh; I’d be job hunting the next day. ~Brian

CVS

Convenient local CVS nearby. This African American store manager at the time was very rude and should keep her opinions to herself. Especially, when no one asked for her thoughts/opinion. Went in to drop off a UPS package and they were having trouble scanning the package label printed. Prior I had stop at FedEx drop off package and they had no issue scanning in the label. Instead of nicely suggesting to go to UPS direct. She was condescending and rude. My response, I’m a customer and I did not do anything wrong! I did not deserve that! Told her I work I am the CFO , work human resource. If I had found out, she treated customers, like she did to me, she would be fired, maybe if she’s lucky a warning. Otherwise everyone else seems nice but prices are a little bit higher than other places, outside local area, nice part of San Diego. Unfortunately! ~z.

CVS

Very rude and unprofessional the way the staffs communicate are horrible! They just lost us—poor customer services, and poor management, actually we just moved here and We were really happy about this Cvs that was in our neighborhood. Now I need to drive some mile far to avoid rudeness and manners in this CVS ~Sonny

Walgreens

Terrible. Staff at the pharmacy is constantly disorganized, system failures are common, often outright rude. TL;DR: Pharmacy assistant angrily ranted and became sarcastic after my mom politely asked whether she could use her card to pay following a days long system outage which had prevented her from getting a critical prescription. They just had a days-long complete system failure where my mom was unable to get her extremely medically necessary prescription without cash. (And due to her disability, she can't get cash without my help.) Noticing the drive through back open, we used it. After a long wait, Mom simply asked the pharmacy assistant if their systems were back up and whether she needed to pay with cash or could pay with card. For some reason this made the pharmacy assistant extremely irritated and she angrily told us we could pay however we wanted. I explained that their system had been down so we'd been prepared to pay cash. "Yes, I explained to you already that the Walgreens servers were down Thursday and Friday!" which then evolved into, "I don't understand why you’re frustrated with me." Lady, what? She literally picked a fight because she was asked if we could pay with a card. She could have just said, yes, our system is back up, you can pay with a card. For some reason she went on this rant multiple times before I finally said, "Can we just get on with this transaction?" This was her cue to become even more inexplicably rude and sarcastic. I get that it was a rough few days but you can't take that out on every customer who asks about it. And this is honestly just the last straw with them. We're looking for another pharmacy. ~La

Perfume Gallery

My experience here was better than expected considering the reviews. I got a pretty fair price of about 15-20% below retail prices. The girl behind the counter let me try about 20 perfumes and threw in a couple travel size perfume sprayers for free. This store definitely does NOT have the lowest prices you could find online, but in store is not bad. I did have to haggle to get a good deal... you have to already know the price of what ur buying or look it up. I feel like they would sell for whatever price they think ur willing to pay if u don't know better. I was expecting that, but still can't call that 5 star ~Constance
