The pharmacy people and drive thrue for pharmacy are very convenient and helpfull. The staff is alright ,justs be patient, everybody is weary of the covid.

This CVS is terrible, had us waiting in line for a simple booster shot for over an hour. No explanation, no communication, nothing. I should have stuck with Kaiser.

Typical CVS. Clean, well stocked store. Went here to get my second Covid vaccine. Very easy at CVS and the lady who help me was very helpful and nice. Didn’t even feel the needle! Great experience. The parking lot is busy and was pretty full with just a few open spots. Would go here again.

I got off work drove straight to this CVS Pharmacy to the Driv - thru. Mind you, I'm in so much pain, super tired and need meds. The Cashier was not empathetic, at all. I give her my insurance info. and she tells me, I need to go inside. I ask why I needed to go inside? Cashier: Well I need to run your insurance! Me: ok well go ahead and run it. If I wanted to come inside, I would've walked in. I ask her nicely, Could you please run my insurance and give me my medication? She says no u need to come inside! I tell her, look here I'm in pain!!! I'm not feeling well. I'm not in the mood to go inside. Please!!! This is the second time this happened. It's not right...Stop trying to force your customers to go inside the store. I sat there waited while she ran my insurance and gave me my medication. I Thanked the lady, she didn't say a word. I wished her a Good evening and went on my way. I've been coming here for years, What happened to Customer Service here? I use to like this CVS Pharmacy Drive - thru. I'm giving this CVS 3 stars. I'm happy that you gave me my medication. Thank You!

Pharmacy is always super busy! Occasionally will receive good customer service. I have had to wait several times behind parked cars at the drive-up window. I wish the employee could tell customer to come inside if their transaction is going to take so long. Poor service to have people wait so long in the drive up! Last time I called, the person on the phone was very rude and didn't seem like they're paying attention to the information I was giving them, so they had everything misconstrued. Maybe they're just understaffed, but whatever it is, it needs to be fixed. Service is always the same. Bad.

I can't stand shopping in this store anymore. Contrary to the previous comment about the cashier Emily - she's rude! She had an attitude when I asked her why my coupon wouldn't work and I left pissed - not at the the coupon situation, but her! They have stuff on promotion and don't always advertise it, so when you go to the register, you think you can use an in-store coupon, but it turns out you can't. So, the 5 minutes you waited in line was for nothing and all because they can't tag their product properly. I'm going to stick to shopping at the H street store - I never have problems there.
