Convenient local CVS nearby. This African American store manager at the time was very rude and should keep her opinions to herself. Especially, when no one asked for her thoughts/opinion. Went in to drop off a UPS package and they were having trouble scanning the package label printed. Prior I had stop at FedEx drop off package and they had no issue scanning in the label. Instead of nicely suggesting to go to UPS direct. She was condescending and rude. My response, I’m a customer and I did not do anything wrong! I did not deserve that! Told her I work I am the CFO , work human resource. If I had found out, she treated customers, like she did to me, she would be fired, maybe if she’s lucky a warning. Otherwise everyone else seems nice but prices are a little bit higher than other places, outside local area, nice part of San Diego. Unfortunately!

There is one incredible woman who makes this pharmacy worthwhile. STEPHANIE is the absolute BEST Pharmacist in the universe. Time and time again she goes WAY above and beyond to provide the best customer service imaginable. She demonstrates what exceptional work ethic is all about and should be CEO of CVS (seriously).

I have been in the store several times, and unfortunately, I always leave disappointed. Customer service is non existent , and the shelves are poorly stocked and untidy. I firmly believe in shopping locally, but sorry I cannot shop in this store satisfactorily.

Better than the Grossmont CVS but a bit of a weird set up in the store. The pharmacy, instead of being directly in the rear of the store, is immediately to the right when entering, which feels very awkward when discussing private prescription issues with the pharmacist and anyone coming in can see you and hear your conversation. Otherwise, it's a huge store, friendly staff with plenty of things you don't actually need but end up buying anyway.

This is my favorite CVS. The associates are so friendly. They always have what I need and even more then what I need. I walk in needing one or two things and walk out with a bag or two full. They carry Honest, Method and Burts Bees and their pricing is not that much more then what Target sells it for. Also, if you work the coupons and extra bucks you can walk out with a good deal. Great selection of toys for a last minute gift. They have LOL dolls! A ton of hello kitty! One stop shop for drinks for the hostess and a gift or gift card for the birthday kid. I love that it’s my neighborhood CVS. The associates get to know you and are so welcoming you’ll keep coming back.

Prices are very high for almost everything. Prescriptions are twice as much as some other CVS pharmacies. Some of the pharmacy employees are rude. Almost always a long delay at the register. It's hard to get through on the phone to a human. Long waits at the pharmacy. The store has nauseating smell to it.

Read This....CVS needs to change the format of pricing. The well published CVS program to find the least expensive platform for your medications is not being used. Unless you ask for a discount rate CVS charges the most they can. Fight for lower drug cost by insisting CVS checks the GoodRX price and other platforms discount programs. CVS doesn't do it for you. You most insist they check for a lower rate. Every time I have I've saved. Saving as much as $65 on one prescription.

I’ve been going to this CVS for years and it has some of the most friendly and helpful employees I’ve ever encountered at other CVS locations. The store environment itself is a bit dated and the bathrooms could definitely use more frequent cleaning! But that said, it’s worth it to deal with extremely pleasant people who genuinely want to help their customers.

This particular CVS always looks like it's short on stuff to sell as the central shopping area has so much open space that you could probably hold a yoga class there. It also looks understaffed as there always seems to be items in bins that need to be stocked and one or two cashiers who have to cover the registers and complete other tasks between ringing up customers. I like Stephanie the pharmacist; she used to work at the CVS on Fletcher Parkway/Navajo Road and when she left that location, it went downhill quick. I found out she was at this location because she recognized me while I was shopping and greeted me even though I hadn't seen her for a couple of years! She is friendly and fun but also efficient. There is ample parking at this location.

It nice having a decent pharmacy close by. Their CVS brand items are just as good as the name brands and I like saving some money over the national brands. Sometimes you have a hard time finding someone on the store floor for help. It seems a little under staffed at time.
