It would have been great if the store was open during their business hours. Their own website shows that this store closes at 11PM, the make-shift sign on the door says the store closes at 10PM, yet at 9:50PM the doors were locked.

Like so many locals and regulars at Eads CVS, we won't be returning due to horribly rude and condescending employees. CVS, you're making a huge mistake allowing your employees to disrespect customers so egregiously. It's bad enough that the store is filthy (the whole place is in desperate need of a good scrubbing, disinfecting, and new carpet). Go ahead, keep ignoring the bad reviews about the disrespectful male pharmacist, and the nasty female employee in the front as well. We're taking our business and prescriptions elsewhere.

Mr. Jeffrey Ng (head pharmacist apparently 🤨) was rude, condescending, discriminatory, and extremely judgemental both over the phone (hung up TWICE on me) and in person. He shows absolutely no empathy. He may be a pharmacist, but he has absolutely zero-no-nada-none-zilch business interacting with patients/customers/public. At least, and the very least - have some customer service & bedside manner training! ***I want to make a point in saying that every other pharmacy tech there that I have interacted with has been nothing but professional and kind, especially under such difficult circumstances during COVID. 🙏⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Pharmacy tech was rude to my mother with Stage 4 Breast Cancer… and said “it’s because I just clocked in and don’t know what’s going on.” As a reason for the rude and highly unprofessional tone…. When she explained that they gave her the wrong meds, He then said “we will send you a message because it’s on back order.” And HUNG UP. On a STAGE FOUR CANCER PATIENT WHO DESPERATELY NEEDS MEDICATION. Absolutely unbelievably, I could hear the tone and anger from the CVS person and I wasn’t even on the phone….. My cancer-having-mother doesn’t even have the energy to speak at a regular volume she was very sweet and patient and absolutely did not deserve that treatment on the phone…. We will be going to the next closest CVS Pharmacy and hope to never have to deal with them again.

Pharmacy staff is always extremely rude whenever I come here as it’s my local store. Kind of just fed up at this point after today’s experience. Train your staff to be respectful and patient.

Pharmacist on duty was extremely rude to the lady in front of me. It was shocking and embarrassing. Sadly this is my local pharmacy and I've used them for almost 20 years. I will never go there again.

Today I came to fill a prescription for Covid antiviral medication with a hard copy hand written prescription from my VA Doctor. I experienced the most humiliating experience ever in my life. First the pharmacy tech told me that I am not supposed to be in the store because I have Covid. I tried to explain that I did not have Covid but was here to fill a prescription in case I get Covid. I was also double masked. Well she turfed me over to the “Chief Pharmacist” named Jeffrey Ng. Mr. Ng started shouting at me admonishing me to “GET OUT OF MY STORE”. I asked him if he would kindly fill my prescription and explained that I had experienced a serious reaction to the MRNA vaccine and that I have conditions that make me extremely vulnerable to infection by Covid. He took the prescription out of my hand then returned a moment later refusing to fill the prescription and resumed shouting at me and threatening me with raised arm gestures and raised voice. It caused quite a ruckus and many people were staring at me as if I were a Leper, or even worse. Suffice it to say that I was extremely embarrassed by this insulting, confrontational, aggressive, hostile, and unprofessional behavior. For a moment I feared he was going to exit his cage and manually attempt to evict me from the store. I left. Subsequently I was fortunate enough to find a wonderfully compassionate pharmacist at the CVS on Village La Jolla drive who graciously accommodated me and did fill the prescription. Now, I am going to report this pharmacist to CVS headquarters and to The California Pharmacy Board. But please be aware that this filthy under equipped and under staffed store is a disgusting place to bring your business or to seek medication to alleviate your pain or infirmity.

Excellent experience with the Pharmacy Staff at this location. Other customers in line were impatient and causing a ruckus, you could tell the staff were doing the best they could given the massive influx of patients and calls. Happy to continue filling my prescriptions at this location, with this team.

The young man checking me out was fine. He asked if I wanted to join a savings program, to which I declined. Next a woman came up and chimed in about the program, using language that was bullying and belittling, implying that I'm stupid to pass up "free money." (Pay $5 to save $10 on CVS products in exchange for my personal and financial information..yah, no). In the future, I will go anywhere other than CVS...I usually do but this was an emergency

The store is a little dirty and dingy looking. I've never had great experiences with the pharmacies with any CVS location, and if you need any kind of grocery stuff you're better off up the street.
