I’m not one to write reviews but if you’re going to close early put up some signage. Showed up at 10:45 to the doors locked but someone still shopping. Someone came to unlock the door to let her out and then shut it right back up without giving us a reason for the early closure.

Pulled up at 11:30P. The app, website, and store signage all say open till midnight. Myself and about 15 other people walked up to locked doors, no employees, and no signage as to why they’d closed early. I understand COVID has led to staffing shortages and businesses having to close early, but if my company found out I closed my store with no signage in the window and customers had no clue as to why we were closed? Pshhh; I’d be job hunting the next day.

not having any ability to check to see if covid tests are in stock means every single person who had covid and needs a test to make sure they don't have it any longer is physically walking into your store. I cant afford to spend 45 minutes on the phone at each store and need a test. Real smart.

I need to absolutely thank the pharmacy for an excellent experience and customer service. We came to San Diego for a little family vacation and I forgot to pack my husband 100% necessary medications for his thyroid, or lack of I should say. I know bad on me Anyhow, CVS was able to look up our prescription in our home state CVS and provide my husband with an emergency fill of his medication to get him through while we were on vacation. It isn’t often we experience this level of customer service and I’m so glad we didn’t need to turn around and go home and cancel a long needed vacation. Thank you CVS!!!!

Excellent customer service. The pharmacy staff is absolutely incredible. Francesco, Lina and Michelle are so caring and will go out of their way to help with anything. They look up prescription coupons and show actual care for their patients. It's an extremely busy beach store, but the sales people always so helpful. It's my go to store multiple times a week. And they always have a treat for my puppy! I think she likes the store more than me!

Honestly, not sure what the bad reviews are about. This is the best pharmacy - by a long shot - I've ever been to, in my life. Never more than one person in front of me. Super helpful & friendly pharmacist (Lena) & staff. Great pharmacy!

Cathy you are a very rude employee. Your self check machine had significant amout of signage all over the machine you directed me to. Saying cash can be used. I went to pay cash and you where unnecessarily rude. And when I just wanted to pay for my item and leave your store, you were agin unnecessarily rude. CVS may be Cathy's responsibilities as a manager aand counting a drawers and answering phones is too much for her on a rainny day and and empty store. Please fix it 🙏
