These people never cease to amaze me with their great curios and international shelf goodies. This store is well stocked, clean and set up well.

I love that this location is a combination store of Marshalls and home goods! So much great selection. Customers are pretty good about distancing. Cashier's are GREAT at cleaning the counters between each customer.

Very toxic place to work. Avoid at all costs. The managers constantly yell at and gaslight their employees by trying to convince them that they are not completing necessary tasks when they are. They also try to sneakily snake you out of your 45 minute lunch break, which is against company policy and state laws. The general manager, Nikki, yells at associates for using the restroom and falsely accuses them of “taking more breaks than allotted”. Jarvis from Marshall’s side is a bully and is very rude towards both customers and homegoods employees. The backroom is infested with rats and the break room has black mold that Nikki refuses to have removed.

I spend WAY too much time here, but for good reason! I can always find something for my home that is not only adorable but also affordable! While the checkout lines can get long, the staff is friendly and does their best to be quick and efficient when it's busy.

I expect these stores to have messy shells part of the fun and shopping for me is to get to explore and dig and find that jewel that I didn't know I needed or have been looking for amd finally found it. These shelves are so incredibly disorganized That it is uncomfortable to shop, and The shells are so tightly fit and they have so Many people that you can't comfortably look through anything. I'm not trying to shop where I'm not comfortable to look and make sure that I find what I want. It probably took me 2 hours to fill my buggy with stuff that I wanted And I go to check out the line is so incredibly long that I waited for 30 minutes to move forward 1/5 the line which was twice wrapped beyond the register. I left my stuff in the back corner in the buggy and walked away. It probably blended in with the rest of the store quite frankly.

I love this chain of stores but the particular day and time that I went the line was very long and started going down the aisle of the store. They were also several cards with merchandise scattered around that had not yet been put on the shelf which makes having a kid and a cart or challenging because the aisles are already narrow.

I went in to the Mt Pleasant, SC Home Goods for Queen size sheets and a mattress pad. I checked out, which is a lengthy procedure these days, with what I was looking for. I got the items home and put them through the wash before putting them on my bed. Imagine my dismay when the mattress pad was just a bit too small, not full size small, but small enough to make getting it on the mattress quite a challenge, and it wouldn’t let the mattress (a Casper type) lay flat in the corners. (and, the mattress is only 11” deep) Then, to add insult to injury, I put the lovely 600 count cotton sheets on the bed, only to find several, as in eight, spots the flat sheet (the fitted sheet was fine) where it looked like someone had taken an exacto knife to the package. There was no cut on the packaging, as I always look the package and make sure it is sealed from the manufacturer. I can’t take them back, because they have been washed. Moral of the story, if you buy packaged good from these stores, assume they have been rejected by inspector 12, and inspect them before you get to the point where you can’t return them. Personally, I will head to Belk the next time I need home goods.

Excellent customer service, and SO MANY THINGS TO LOOK AT. Be prepared to spend some time here drooling over the endless aisles of home decor. I ended up buying an Italian leather sofa and it’s the dreamiest couch you ever laid eyes on.

I came here today after a horrible experience at TJ Maxx looking for an Easter Sunday dress. Although they do not have what I feel is the same Variety in clothing as T.J.Maxx their customer service and cleanliness of their facility beats TJ Maxx by far. I was able to find three dresses instantly that I loved as well as walked around the HomeGoods area and found things I enjoyed there. I was greeted by every employee that I walked past with with a smile and how are you doing today. I was asked several times if I needed any assistance with anything. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of their dressing room and the temperature. Many dressing rooms are hot and smell which makes it very frustrating to try on multiple outfits. I will continue to shop this facility not only because of their selection but because the customer service and friendliness.
