The place looks dirty, the guy working with the multi colored hair is rude and disrespectful. A lot of the ice cream containers were empty so I asked if they had any more strawberry and he acted like it was a problem to go get more. He put it in a cone that had the paper on it but the paper wouldn't come off so I asked for one without the paper. He said they all have paper which I replied no they don't, I'm looking at them. My husband asked if he was having a bad day and he replied yes a lot of them. He needs to learn to not take his problems out on the customer

Young man was very rude to our family..he stated he was having a bad day..hot fudge sundae had aclump of cold fudge..had to throw away..

Very bad experience! 1 person in our party just was handed his cone and his ice cream fell off of his cone onto the floor. The employees just stared at us and I asked if he could have another one. There was a long silence and they finally gave in but made him clean up his own spill and just watched. Before I walked away, the manager said to the employee right in front of me, "for future reference, you need to charge them if they want more ice cream" (even though he didn't even try it yet!). To top it off, the ice cream was freezer burnt.

Place was not very clean. Bathroom smelled like a dirty diaper. Only two people working and they seemed to be struggling to keep up with business. I was really upset with the fact that all of our scoops were placed into bowls when we really wanted cones but weren't even asked. Probably won't be visiting again.

This Dunkin Donuts has gone down hill. First how they allow workers to dress was pretty scary. Then got the order wrong even after they repeated and I was right inside not at a drive thru. Use to like this one, I won't be back.

So for a tourist time there were only 2 people working the counter. Out of items as well. Line got very long. Help did the best they could.

The ice cream has got little to no flavor for some reason. I always got Pistachio and it was horrible with no flavor the last 3x I got it so tonight I got Choc.Chip Cookie Dough. There ago no taste at all. I even made my hubby taste mine tonight and he said Bland as Bland can be. We usually go 1x aweek, but unless they put the flavor back in we won't be returning and we loved it. We're locals too! Got his Birthday cake, Ice-cream cake with Gold Medal Ribbon and we had to trash it last week w/ white icing, chocolate cake, no taste at all again. The cake itself was dry as a bone. Please make sure a manager gets this. We've loved this place for yard.

The people that work here are super rude. The Carmel was disgusting along with the candied cherry (was supposed to be a real cheery, almost made me start gagging). I felt very nasty when I left. Also the donuts were stale and had no taste!

I ordered an ice cream cake for my daughters birthday last week. I asked for white cake, vanilla ice cream, pink frosting piped around the cake, and Happy 30th Birthday, Ashley on the top. I picked it up Saturday. First they couldn't find it, I found it way in the back of the freezer. I brought it home. The cake looked like it had been repaired on the edges, The ice cream was Oreo cookie, the writing looked like a 4 year old did it without the 30th on it, and it had pink icing all over and pink writing. My daughter was very disappointed. I should have brought it back but it was late. Oh, and the box had a different name on it, scratched off and Ashley put on it.

I live here and, as a retired business teacher, wonder how much training is given to your employees. Apparently less than Krispy Kreme. Today was my second and last ever visit. Employee dress code - nonexistent. Everyone looked like they just got out of bed just in time to open up.. Hair hastily thrown up, Jean shorts and various t-shirts. Serving and preparing food with no hairnets. Asked a question at drive thru and response was "huh"? My order was wrong so I drove around building, got back in line and reported that my frozen coffee had sugar in it. I had ordered with cream only as I do with all of my coffee. Everyone got flustered and then said that they did not know how to make it without sugar. I told them that I had gotten one there last week with no problem. Never once did anyone respond directly to me with I'm sorry but just kept going around in circles with each other in frustration. Since I had ice cream in my car, I politely asked for my money back around the same time a new coffee was delivered. They were going to take the cash back at that point until someone told the cashier to let me keep it and the coffee. What a cluster! I forgot to look at their sanitation rating. Don't know if it was posted at drive thru as it should be. Previous reviews don't look good either. Have to blame the franchise owner for this sloppiness!! Krispy Kreme, I will never "cheat" on you again!!
